Describe which approach is most appropriate and provide a brief explanation justifying your answer.
It is identified that the most significant or preferred approach will be hiring of one individual from each of the campus of the university who will mainly represent the entire campus. This is due to the fact it will be quite easier for an individual to maintain one single campus however if maintenance of all the campuses is provided to one individual then it will be quite difficult for that stakeholders to manage the campus of the university effectively. Thus, it is found that the selection of only one stakeholder from each campus would be more beneficial as compared to one single stakeholder for all the campuses of the university.
State which of the two opening statement styles ‘Welcome to Country’ or ‘Acknowledgement of Country’ is appropriate for the campus leaders to use and provide a brief explanation justifying your answer.
It is found that the most essential opening statement will be “acknowledge of country” as compared to the statement welcome to country because if welcome to country opening style is used then then it will sound like that the indigenous people are not the native of Australia. Thus, it is identified that acknowledge to country is the most suitable opening style which includes all the people.
State whether the suggestion of using the previous event program and desktop research for the NAIDOC week events is an appropriate method of requirements gathering? Briefly explain your answer.
It is found that the suggestion of utilizing the previous program as well as the desktop research is not found to be the proper method for gathering of requirement. This is due to the fact the current event is entirely new event with some different objectives as compared to previous event and therefore t is suggested to use proper fresh plan for the event. However if the project manager wants to keep the previous event as an benchmark then they will be able to keep it as a benchmark.
What document is used to track or ‘trace’ requirements throughout the project life cycle?
A resource book would be helpful in tracking as well as tracing requirements. The resource book can be utilized for recording the project resources that are generally needed for the project. It is identified that this book is mainly utilized as a reference in order to check the entire resource requirement properly for the entire project.
Requirement prioritization is mainly a procedure that helps in completing the needs as well as requirements of the project that are highest in the priority list. The stakeholders of the project must be informed about the requirements much more prior to the project so that they can be able to take proper early preparation within the project. Lesson Previously there have been problems with attendance of students and staff at campus events. Attendance was low when students and staff perceived that the event did not relate to them or they had little interest in the event theme. |
It is identified that for resolving the problem, it is essential to organize the event in such a way that the event hosts must be of different culture and only one specific indigenous culture. In addition to this, it is found that the project guests have the opportunity of presenting their cultures within exhibition. |
