vi. Best practices – The change that has been proposed to be introduced is communicated with the concerned departments. This is also done with an intention of adopting the best practices that will cater the needs of the company.
vii. Tools – The techniques that has been proposed to be adopted has to be in relation with the company, as this will help in accomplishing the task.
