Change management often involves focused modifications or transformations of some of the identified critical aspects of the business operations (Rosenbaum, More & Steane, 2018). Some of the key strategic objectives of change management can be referred to in this context. Change management can be introduced to shape the overall collection efficiency of an organization (Al-Zoubi, 2018). The strategic roadmap, in this context, can involve the sustainable transformation of the leadership, organizational culture, and skill and knowledge levels of the employees, among other factors. However, one factor that facilitates the change management process is the involvement and acceptance among the employees.
