As the name suggests, “professional career development” refers to a range of services and activities aimed at helping individuals and organisations navigate a variety of career transitions in an effective manner (Al-Waeli, 2019). During this analysis, it is necessary to explore the significance of professional career advancements. In addition to this, the study seeks to identify the elements that influence professional career growth as well as the principals that are associated with it (Darcy, et. al., 2019). In addition to this, the research has concentrated on the examination of crucial aspects of professional growth. When doing research or conducting personal reflection, it is necessary to address the analysis of individual development and strength (Bocciardi, et. al., 2017). This reflection will reflect my employment plan and my future journey and will aims at developing the skills for work place using SWOT, Johari framework. Ever since I started this course, I have been able to enhance not only my knowledge and awareness of the professional world but also my skills and experiences.
This will further help me in enhancing Self-awareness and developing confidence and other skills for working in a workplace. In the most basic sense, self-awareness is a state of mind in which one’s self is the centre of attention (Corkill, et. al., 2015).
For setting goals and objectives that can be measured, the SMART method in management is widely accepted as the best practise. It is my goal to give a comprehensive framework of my Smart goals, which will help me achieve my long-term professional goals.
My future goal is to setup an individual business line in beauty industry after I finish my studies.
Yes, it is measurable and it can be done through evaluating the performance competing with others and studying this course I have developed skills to effectively stand with my competitors
This plan is achievable as I have been saving money for this aim and I did it during my previous jobs. Besides, my family has a strong financial background and they will provide me with financial capital at initial stage. Further, with my strong cibil score, I can easily take loan from bank. Furthermore, in addition to making my way up the beauty business steps, I have been engaging in a variety of seminars to assist me develop my abilities and understanding of the fashion industry as I progress. In addition, I will be able to develop more profitable contacts as a result of this.
Using the Pareto 80/20 Rule system, which prioritises tasks based on their relative importance, I can focus on completing the most important tasks first while still getting excellent results. According to the Pareto principle, only 20% of events have 80% of the effects they do (Naoum, et. al., 2016).

Strengths
For the reasons previously stated, my skills are considered to be a modest, which I also regard to be my strengths. I believe that I am reliable, confident, attentive, and careful in all I do in my professional life. I feel I possess strong communication abilities, which I can put to use to persuade any client to appreciate our offerings. I am able to work efficiently under time constraints and have distinct problem-solving abilities (Makarenko, et. al., 2018).
Fortunately, I have just a few of vulnerabilities. When I am furious, I am unable to regulate my body language, which I see as a bad component of my personality that I need to work on improving. When the business is busy, I guess I am also a little irritable when it comes to paying attention to some of the clients.
It would be beneficial for me to acquire other sets of skills that would allow me to work more effectively and develop more contacts in beauty industry. Furthermore, completing my courses effectively will enable me to pursue more rewarding work possibilities.
With the Pandemic, we face the possibility of losing or getting a job, which is a significant risk. Additionally, if a job is gained, the workload may rise owing to a lack of qualified individuals. Furthermore, after I have completed my degree and am ready to launch my own business, I am well aware of the enormous amount of competition I will be required to contend with.
The term “employability skills” refers to a person’s ability to transfer their knowledge and abilities from one job to another. In addition to their educational qualifications, employers generally look for people with a wide range of abilities. Employees must focus on developing their employable skills in order to remain relevant and increase their productivity.
This model is a technique which is used to raise self-awareness in an individual and it also helps others to better understand the emotions and feeling.
In my opinion, the qualities that distinguish me and that everyone else knows about me are my capacity to be determined in all I do, my reliability, and my hard work. I would say that the majority of people are aware of my unwavering commitment and diligence. Also, everyone is aware of the person’s ability to be both quiet and outgoing.
The one thing I don’t realise about myself, but others do, is that I am a selfless person who always goes out of my way to help people in need of anything, even when I need to do it with my own money. Some have said that I am paying attention to details and that I am observing.
Others may not be aware of my enthusiasm, pride and sentimentality, as well as the fact that I am the kind person who does not accept rude and nasty behaviour of people.
I am very emotional and I tend to forgive easily but cannot forget.
Understanding learning style can be extremely beneficial, as it enables you to better understand how your brain processes knowledge so that you can retain and apply it effectively. You have a better chance of success if you understand your learning style and use it to your education and learnings (Savickas, 2013).
The first learning style model is David Kolb’s “experiential learning” approach, we learn constantly and develop certain strengths. There were four learning modes identified by Kolb: accommodating, convergent/divergent, assimilation, and assimilation/converging. Adapters, in Kolb’s opinion, were “hands-on” individuals eager to gain knowledge by first-hand experience. People with convergence tendencies are more adept with abstract concepts, yet they still like to finish up with tangible outcomes. Theories were clear, but they wanted to put them to the test in the real world. Diverges tended to construct theories that might be applied more widely by drawing on life observations and practical concepts. Moreover, according to Kolb, Assimilationists were the most adept at working with abstractions. They expanded their knowledge by creating their own theories.
The second Learning Style is Mumford learning Style. Kolb’s model was created by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford, who concentrated on how learning is applied in practise, particularly in the workplace. They discovered four new styles of learning: Activist, Pragmatist, Reflector, and Theorist – all of which are labels that we would use to describe ourselves and our co-workers organically.
According to the result of the test I have undertaken, my learning style is Experiential Learning Style as I am an observer of ideas and things and I learn from my past experiences and people around me. Further, I am always keen to work on new ideas and practically applying them to the real world to know the results, I am not afraid of taking the risks and ready for the concrete results. I believe that this style even best suits me because of my visionary approach towards initiating anything will help me to effectively work upon my business idea.
In connection to your personal, educational, and professional growth, a Professional Development Plan (PDP) is a document that summarises the goals you would want to attain in relation to your development. Of addition, there is a part in your plan dedicated to reflecting on your learning, performance, and/or success (Savickas, 2019).

The study also discovered that the growth of one’s own personal strength and development has a significant impact in the development of one’s professional career.
