Project management is a crucial task to be managed by a project management team (Larson, et. al., 2014). In this Boss of the company David Wright provide a responsibility to Bruce to establish a research centre. The operation of the research centre will commence in February 2018. It will help in enhancing goodwill of the company in the market |
