Assumptions and Constraints

The project had been developed for developing the appropriate development of web application for Social Media Research Centre. The details of assumptions and constraints are given in table below,

Assumptions: The development of project activities had been formed for forming the appropriate web application implementation for the Social Media Research Centre. The project had been assumed to complete in less than 8 months of durations. The total number of days for the project is 124 days. The workers had to form smart development of operations and functions. The fringe value had been considered for 20%.

Constraints: The constraints of the project are the schedules, and resource allocation. The allocation of resource is a major source for the development of the project activities. The limitation of project budget to be less than AUD 50,000 would also serve the purpose of project operations. The project is also scheduled to complete in 8 months of duration.
