Meeting Location & times- the meeting will be done on convenient time, such as- 1pm on Thursday; location of the meeting will be office; whereas the time and location for the meeting could be changed as per mutual consent of the team members (Allen, 2015).

In this case study report I have understood that planning is an important factor in developing the project in a proper and effective plan. It is necessary to develop the proper and effective plans for the IT projects so that the implementation can be done on each and every aspect of the project. It is necessary for the team members to follow the plans in an effective way so that they can easily and fast get the success in the project.

It also helps the project manager to collect the information related to quires and issued faced by the team members while working on a project and helps team members by providing the best solution from coming out from these issues in an effective way.
