This assignment file of report 1 contains information regarding the management of the project by considering the knowledge areas of the project of the PMBoK for managing the projects. An introduction is present at the beginning of the project that will be containing information regarding my background and once this section is completed, I will start discussing regarding the 10 present knowledge areas of the project containing the integrated management of the project, Scope management of the project, Resource management of the project, communication management of the project, risk management of the project, procurement of the project and the stakeholder management of the project (PMBoK Guide, 2004).
All these above-mentioned knowledge areas will be used in the project that is very important to be managed properly in the project for the development of a project in a proper by properly managing the scope of the project and then my mitigating the risks in the project.

After doing the course of the MP or the Managing Project course in my job, I gained knowledge regarding the managing, planning, implementing, monitoring and the project closeout of the project that are very necessary to be known in the project so that I get a chance to fulfil my dreams by developing the project in a successful manner. Regular classes were attended by me and along with it; I learned all the knowledge and the obtained the information regarding my project to be developed.
I am a fluent English speaker from India and my mother tongue is Telugu. I have decided to carry out my course in English.

The use of the knowledge areas of the project management mentioned in the PMBoK for the MPs or the Managing projects will allow me to develop the project and delivered it as per the scope of the project by maintaining the estimated budget and the time of the project so that the project can be executed in an appropriate manner as per the code (AS ISO 21500, 2016). Proper mechanical and Technical projects can also be managed in the organization if once I go through these knowledge areas. Once I am able to attain the desired result in the project, I will become confident regarding the managing of these kinds of projects and then I will be able to fulfil my objective for the development of the project.
The project integration can be termed as the integration of the knowledge areas that are from the beginning to the last stage of the project that is to be done in a proper way. The project integration helps in doing the development of the project in such a way so that the designing and the controlling of the project can be done by the project manager (Jainendrakumar, 2015).
In the beginning, I will develop a project charter in which the main objective for the development of the project will be mentioned so that I can check it time to time in order to confirm that my project is being developed in a proper manner. All the requirements required to be identified and along with it I will do some planning for the project. Once the planning is done, I will follow the planning done in the project so that I can develop the project as per the requirement.
Once the planning is done, the execution of the project will be done on the basis of it so that I can properly develop the project keeping the main goal for the development of the project in mind. I will have to keep on tracking the project so that I can do the proper development of the project and along with it ensure that the project will be developed in a proper manner. The learning outcomes that I will note down in the project will be useful for the new comers in the project also.
The stakeholders are those people who directly has some influence on the project outcome and who gets influence directly without club project in this MP assignment. The stakeholder management can be termed as the controlling and the managing of the stakeholders of the project (Karlsen, 2002).
In the beginning, all the stakeholders present in my project will be identified. I have identified some of my stakeholders who are my father, brothers, sisters, friends, mothers, bank, professors, lecturers, warden of the hostel and my partner. They will influence my project and will get influenced by my project. Expectations of my stakeholders should be fulfilled in the project so that they get satisfied and happy. They will feel proud because of me and they will be able to trust me that after the completion of my job I will get a better job and will release all my debt by giving them the money back.
Once the expectations of the stakeholders are noted down, I will keep a track on hem so that I can properly develop the project and get a chance to make them happy and satisfied which can only be done by obtaining good marks in my exams.
The main requirement of the project is to manage the scope of the project that will contain the proper estimation of the time and the budget of the project so that the main goal for the development of the project can be achieved (Ogunberu, et al., 2018). The proper planning work along with its management and delivery on the mentioned time is termed as the management of the scope of a project.
The scope management can be done by considering the main subject I am I mean scope that is to be fulfilled for which at first, I will make a list of all the subjects that are required to be considered for passing in my exams. The main thing that is to be considered is to find out whether my friends will ever give me support by providing the study materials to me. A working scope should be developed by me so that I can manage everything like deleted items on time properly enrol my name in the course, provide good results, find the proper login for me, and maintain a good relationship with all the stakeholders.
Some scope management methods are required to be developed in the project so that it can be managed in a proper manner so that all the development of the project can be done in an appropriate manner so that I can become successful in the development of the project. All the deliverables are required to be maintained in a proper manner and the project scope should not get increased due to any other internal or external factor.
The resource management of a project can be termed as the management of the people, items and good, and other facilities that are required for a project that are required to be stocked in the project (Huemann, et al., 2007).
Here, I will actually manage all the resources by obtaining a resource management plan that will contain the facilities provided by the hostel, purchasing the laptop and printer along with the books that will be required for my study and the other things. After the resource management plan is done, I will purchase all the items and manage all the resources by following the plan made.
After purchasing and getting all the resources that are required I will plan for a method that will be useful for managing those resources for their betterment. I will have to keep on checking the resources that whether the update is needed for me or not anything is an apt update them and for the money required all in case of requirements of any monetary help in the project I should ask my sponsor.
For doing the management of the time of the project by following which the project will be completed is termed as the project time management (Solís-Carcaño, et al., 2015). Many activities are present that are required to be considered so that the proper time management of the project can be done.
In the beginning, I will plan the time by following which my whole project will be conducted. The steps in the project will be mentioned along with that time when it is to be conducted in my laptop and I will keep on updating the laptop so that I can balance the activities accordingly. All the activities that are to be carried out will be shortlisted and then they will be managed as per the time of the project. Once the shortlisting is done then they are required to be managed and everything is to be conducted within the estimated time.
My planning for purchasing all the books will be done before which will also save the time and the cost of the project and I will be able to purchase them that will allow me to maintain the schedule that has been said by me for the project. Once the schedule is made in the project, then I will consider the schedule in the project and if I find that in any place more time is consumed then I have to adjust it in the next place.
The cost management of the project can be termed as the management of the overall budget of the project by following which the project is required to be completed by following the management plan (Vasista, 2017).
I will do the planning of the overall budget of the project by following which I will have to complete my course which will also help me in doing the development of the project so that I can achieve success in my work. My sponsor will have to provide the fund for purchasing all the books, a laptop, and a printer, pay for the hostel facility along with the whole course so that no stoppage occurs in my study.
After the planning for the budget for the full course is done along with my father, I will track the overall budget that has been finalized for completing my full course and if any problem occurs in the project, I will inform my father regarding it so that he can help me. By considering the knowledge areas I will be able to control my expenditures in the project so that the wastage of the money can be prevented by me.
The risk management can be termed as the identification of the present risks and the threats that are present in the project which will hamper the project and solving them out by developing a mitigation plan so that evaluation of the budget and the time of the project can be done (Junior & Carvalho, 2013).
The management of the risk should be done to avoid the negative impact on the project that can increase the total estimated budget of the project along with the time fixed following the completion of the course that is the project. There are some threats and opportunities that are the risks in the project that are mentioned below.
Threats: Some of the threats present in the project is the threat of not getting an appropriate shelter, enrolment of the name not done, the absence of the language used locally, appropriate budget and time evaluation, homesickness and getting failed in the exam.
Opportunities: Some of the opportunities are the opportunity to get a job much better than this, leading a project, provision of jobs of promotion, better salary provision, and the opportunity to get a chance to lead a project.
Identifying all the risks that are in the form of opportunities and threats present in the project, I will develop a mitigation plan for the risk that will be carried out one by one. After the finalization of the mitigation plan is done, I will check them one after another so that the negative impacts of the risk can be avoided in my project.
The quality management of the project can be termed as the methods that are adopted in a project to confirm that the proper quality is maintained while developing the project. The project should be monitored in the implementation stage to become sure of that the proper quality of the project deliverable is maintained (Leong, et al., 2014).
For making a proper plan for the project regarding the quality of the product, the present parameters in the project are required to be properly being termed in the project. The first parameter is to get admission by passing in the admission test, the second parameter is to get a proper sponsor for the provision of the fund for my course and the third parameter is to get above 60 per cent marks by maintaining the time and the cost of the project.
Once the finalization of the parameters in the project is done, I will have to check all the parameters that are fixed whether they are fulfilled. This will also help me in doing the development of confidence in me. I can control my fixed parameters by scoring good marks in the next assignment if I failed to obtain good marks in the first assignment.
The procurement management can be termed as the management of the goods and items that are required to procure in the project so that I can get all the necessary facilities and concentrate on my study. A large number of methods will be included from the purchasing of the items to maintaining a proper relationship with the providers and the supplies of the items and the good (Agawane, et al., 2015).
The management method of the procurement is made use of in the project so that all the methods for procuring the items and the good that are required in the project can be finalized. In the beginning, I will list out all the goods that are required by me so that I can arrange them after discussing with my father that will include the books, laptops, and the other facilities.
After the procurement work done, I will continuously keep on tracking them and in case I have to update them or exchange them, a Change management process should be carried out after informing regarding the requirement to my father and then purchase the item. I will also maintain a good relationship with all the supplies of the goods and the items so that I get all the benefits.
The communication management of the project can be termed as the management of the communication process in the organization for sharing the information with the other stakeholders of the project. If the stakeholders do a proper communication in the project during in the project, then they will be able to carry out the project in a proper manner (Taleb, et al., 2017).
I will develop a communication plan in which I will mention about all the stakeholders of the project and there I will also mention the necessity for airing out the communication, and along with that, I will also mention the means and the time interval in which the communication is to be done. Mainly, the video and the audio conferencing will work for communicating with my family members and the mail and email can be used for communicating with my professors and the lecturers. Direct communication can also be done with my professors and lecturers.
Conclusions:
I would like to thank you for reading my paper. This paper is very advantageous because after going through the literature now I can conclude that I can obtain the desired result in the course because I gained some confidence by reading the literature. I shall regularly attend my college classes, consider the advice of the professors, go through the study material, and along with a try to fulfil my expectations so that I can attract the desired results.
The PMBoK knowledge areas will reveal the steps that are to be used in my project so that I can obtain the expected outcome. I will be obtaining good and the most appropriate results in the project along with saving the cost and the time of the project. The Expectations of all of the stakeholders will also be fulfilled if the knowledge areas of the PMBoK are done and this will also allow me to reduce the risks in the project.
