Besides this the company is also focuses on satisfy its legal, political as well as ethical obligations. In addition to this the company is also wish to inform their clients about the maintenance and light repair. 3.2 Stakeholders management plan
Stakeholder management is referred to as an important part of project management. In order to increase the brand value of Max Lionel Realty in terms of consumer’s success and high commercial benefit it is necessary for the project manager to consider all necessary stakeholders. It is expected that, with the help of stakeholder management the issues regarding the consumer operation will be minimized rather resolved completely. With the help of an accurate stakeholder management plan the company will be able to gain effective revenue and measurable competitive advantages simultaneously.
In order to develop the stakeholder management plan for the Max Lionel Realty a matrix is required to be developed by the company executive. For this particular project it is necessary to allot accurate roles for different activities. A RACI matrix is developed and demonstrated below where:
Responsible: Responsible (R) are those person who does all this work in order to achieve the tasks. Responsible person have responsibility to get the work done accurately and decision make. According to the rules this is a person who may either be a business analyst, application developer or a technical expert.
Accountable: The person who is completely accountable for the correct as well as completion of the project thoroughly. It may either be a person or the project executive or sponsor.
Consulted: Consulted are the person who gives proper information for the project or a two way communication plan. For this particular project for a single activity more than one person can be consulted.
Informed: For each activity there is some person who is required to be informed about the current status of the project. These people are affected through the task outcomes and also needs to be up to dated. If the roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined then the entire project will be messed up.

In order to accomplish the project within estimated budget and time some necessary resources (Human and physical) are to be adopted. For this particular project the human resources those are allotted include project manager, finance manager, project sponsor, operational manager, system developer, technical experts, and virtual project team members. In addition to this the physical resources those are necessary for the completion of this project comprises employee salary, expense for travel, inter expense, catering, rent, technical and non technical requirements etc. Simultaneous application of all these resources with perfection will help the company to gain effective measurable success.
Besides these resources other physical resources include art centre, real estate, advertisement through poster, social media etc.
For this project some project management tools such as online Gantt chart, dashboard, project scheduling, project tracking, project reporting are required with the help of these project management tools the executives will be able to meet the project objectives and determined scopes.
After analyzing the background and requirements of the project the total tome and budget needed may require completing the project is estimated. However, not necessarily each time the actual project cost and planned project cost will be the same. According to the version 2 project plan some of the activities are reduced for managing and it has been found that of the version 2 project plan is followed the total expense will be reduced. Regardless of type and background, the aim of any project is to create it within the estimated budget and time. In the new version 2 project some of the unwanted activities are removes which positively impacted the total expense of the administrative system development project for Max Lionel Reality.

According to the revised project plan which is consist of there more material resources I terms of hardware, software and additional technical infrastructure. It has been found that, the estimated cost in version 1 project and the cost of the version 2 project vary highly.
Assignment 2
This assignment is focused on implementing the project that has been initiated, planned and negotiated in the assignment 1 for Max Lionel Reality. In order to achieve the project goal within estimated time and budget the project team members should work with others professionally. In addition to this an accurate secured record keeping system is developed for managing the confidentiality of the administrative system developed for Max Lionel Reality
1. Determining monitoring and record keeping system required
Generally two different types of monitoring activities are available those are widely used for understanding the way through which the organization performs and eventually identifies those areas which needs major attention. Two of these monitoring activities are the compliance monitoring and performance monitoring. For this particular project both of the monitoring approaches are adopted.
The compliance monitoring deals with the laws, industry, standard code of conducts, ethical standards and accepted community organizational requirements whereas, the performance monitoring system deal with the in depth analysis of the project processes. Though, between two of these approaches the performance monitoring is much beneficial. In order to determine that whether the system is efficient and effective or not proper performance monitoring approach should be developed. It just not measures the performance of the system but also measure the performance of the stakeholders associated to the system. It measures the developing criteria, conducting interviews,

In order to successfully implement the project it is necessary for the project manager to engage all the project team members together.
