The factors that are absolutely necessary for the planning of this project consists of the following: Scope and value description of the project plan is the inception that helps in the development of a booming project plan informing about the wholesome idea nad outcomes of a particular project. Communication with the different stakeholders who are entailed in the project discuss over the factors that have the potential to influence or affect the project execution as a whole, thus this would affect the final outcome of a project. Project charter ideally holds the records of all the primary constraints of a project, which in turn describes the personal achievements of a manager that is achievable through the execution of a project. The human resource factors must be considered along with the resources that are important for the project execution. This should describe tall the factors that are essential covering all the project aspects which are the most reasonable and favourable in fulfilling the needs and requirements of the clients and consumers. Defining the roles and responsibilities of each of the stakeholders that are in accordance with the project has to take into consideration the capability and the ability every individual has and also the effectiveness and efficiency along. It also needs to be kept into consideration that their ability of driving a project with efficiency and effectiveness needs to be well thought-out during the project execution. A successful kick-off meeting needs to be considered to have a wholesome idea about the constraints of a project and also for the approval of these constraints. The kick-off meeting should consist of a proper and well-defined description about the vision of the project, the vision or strategies behind the business, the stakeholder identification along with their roles and responsibilities, the commitments that the team should ideally possess, the ground rules defined in the program and the descriptions of the group size and the subgroups who would also be considered as a part of the project. Development of the scope statement delivers the entire emphasis upon the outcome of the project and the deliverables that the project has to offer. The scope statement should be able to discuss and describe about the strategies implemented in order to eradicate the problems the business has been currently facing, along with the objectives that the project has to deliver, the overall deliverables that the execution of the project has to offer, and the factors and milestones that has the capability of having an effect on the constraints of the project. |

There is a statement providing the fact that the project progressed for an external source views a project manager as a person having a golden pot and then the person has to manage the entire project with only that pot of gold sufficiently making out profits for all the stakeholders of the organization. This means that the externally source projects deliver the project managers with the ability to progress the project in a much organized way that helps in the better execution of the project and produces the deliverables and objectives of the project successfully. Nevertheless, there are many risk factors in a project propagation that needs to be considered as well through the delivery of the project. Although, it also has to be kept in mind that not all the risk factors are major enough to be considered, but the ones that have the probability of affecting the effective and efficient propagation of a project needs to be eradicated at once. This can even affect a project manager to take back the task sixty weeks away from the proposed timeline. Time is a factor has to be considered in every project management task for having an improved and solid experience of every aspect of the project. If efficiency has to be kept at a high level in a project, then time should be invested more, because a close to perfection project is not achievable in a hurried manner. |

Project Management has a tendency to turn into over management when a project becomes superior in priority than the achieving of the project goals and objectives and these are seconded in comparison. The entire focus of the project then shifts from the output and productivity of the organization and focuses more on the management of the overall project. This is a negative impact in the progress of a project. It is entirely the responsibility of a project manager to identify the changes in the project management and have interaction between the management throughout the entire process transferring the knowledge. This is to be considered as a necessity since the coordination between the management and the project programme team depends upon each other. |
Portfolio Reflection
I have successfully gathered knowledge about the authorities considered in a project and all the other activities that are dependent on this hierarchical structure of the management team of a project. I have also come to know about the enhancement of the standard of the project that is induced by this hierarchical process. The different authorities at varied levels have different roles and responsibilities that collectively manage the operational activities of an organization.
