Table 3: Complete Plan of the Project of Office Relocation
(Source: Created by the author in Ms-Project)
1st Phaseà The project of relocation of the office premise to the new place in Banbury, Oxfordshire would require the use of the project management processes. The planning consists of the process of the determining the small and large items that would, be required for being transferred from the old office to the new location at Banbury, Oxfordshire.
2nd Phaseà The communication and documentation comprises of the process of the implication of the improved processes for the operational development. The documentation is developed for the recording of the operations of the organization for ensuring the activities are favourable for the improvement of the functions for the organization.
3rd Phaseà The sub contractors are required for moving the existing facilities to the new location and form the development of the operations. The sub contractors would be formed for the enrolment of the existing facilities in the company to the new location.

The project would relocate the existing facilities and develop proper understanding for the development of the systematic and influencing facilities of the organization.
5th Phaseà The project would form the final stage of the documentation of the activities including the risk management, resource exhaustion, and completion checklist of the project. The final completion meeting would be required for the analysis of the existing facilities and it would enhance the overall concept of the project operations for future recommendations.
The alternate project team structure consists of steering committee at the top most position that consists of process owners and project sponsors (Hong et al. 2014,). The project would be implied for the development of the office relocation and formation of the improved processes in the organization. The process owners are responsible for the implication of the improved processes for the organization. The operations of the governance for the project would be implied for the development of the improved process and forming the effective solution for the operations. The project director and manager would be implied for forming the management structure for the operations of the project and it would be implied for the support for the effective completion of the project operations (Bresman and Zellmer-Bruhn 2013). The project manager would be implied for forming the supportive development of the improved processes. The project office is developed for forming the improvement of the office and successive placement of the operations. The user team leaders are formed for the improvement of the effective operations for the organization. The application team leaders are informed for the development of the team leaders and formation of the effective compulsive operations (Glukhov, Ilin and Levina 2015). The technical team leaders are formed for the development of the improved processes and it would form the development of the operations and carrying out the improved processes.
The quality management for the project of the Office Relocation is formed for the improvement of the existing functions and it would help in forming the accurate improvement of the facilities and formation of the customer eccentric operations and functions. The project quality management consists of three processes and they are Control Quality, Plan Quality Management, and Perform Quality Assessment (Reijers, Mendling and Recker 2015). These three processes would be indulged in the development of the improved processes and supporting the activities of the organization.

Plan Quality Management: The planning of the quality management is done for the realization of the existing facilities and supporting the operations of the project with the improved functions. As opined by Sallis (2014), the quality management is helpful for the development of the successive activities for the project of office relocation.
Perform Quality Assessment: The quality assessment is done for realizing the effective change of the project management concepts and operations (Goetsch and Davis 2014). The quality assessment is done for realizing the effective operations and implementation of the project management concerns. The quality assessment analyzes the improved quality of the project management operations and it would help in deciding the supportive functions for the project operations.
The management of change proposals are developed for the improvement of the operations and it would form the improvement of the existing facilities and support to the development process (Travis et al. 2016). The change proposals are developed for implying the effective change management for the operations of the project management and improvement facilities. The change of proposal is formed for the implication of the change requests in the project of Office Relocation. The change in proposal is managed by the deployment of the effective change in operations. The system developed for the monitoring and appraising the status of the project of Office Relocation would consist of using decision gate at the four major phase components (Harris 2017). The first part would be done for identification and designing phase of the project. The decision gate would evaluate the progress of the designing and initial development phase for the project. The second part would be done for the set up phase of the project. The decision gate would evaluate the progress of the main activities of the system set up for the project. The third part would be done for implementation phase of the project. The decision gate would evaluate the progress of the implementation of the plan for the project. The last part would be done for end phase of documentation and closure phase of the project. The decision gate would evaluate the progress of the final phase of the project. System Design for monitoring and appraising the status of the project is given below,
The system developed for detecting and managing issues arising in the course of issue management comprises of a cyclic processes (Wilkie, McFall and McCaffery 2017). The first step is the identification of the issues by the help of analysis and testing of the operations. The second step is the analysis of the impact of the issue identified in the first step of the process. The third step is the evaluation of some solution for the project and it would engulf the issues for the development of the plan of actions. The action is used for forming the accurate solution to the issues identified and evaluated. The final step is the monitoring and reviewing of the project operations for the development of the improved processes. System Design for detecting and managing issues arising in the course of the project is given below,
