Project Description and Background
The World is changing and so the psychology of the people is also changing as people are moving towards the new trends and are focusing more on their future rather than thinking of the past. Due to this reason, the aboriginal culture of the people is getting lost in the new world. There are very few people available who understand the importance of the old culture and values which were being followed in the past time. People are focusing more on their earning and no one has the time to learn and gain knowledge about their past (Wiley, 2013). In present time very few schools are left which are providing information about the Aboriginal culture and values. No one is taking the initiative to ensure that the legacy could remain maintained and people should keep their own language on priority. Rather than focusing on the language of the nation people are relying more upon the other languages and prefer to learn the same because they want growth and want to sustain in their life by moving forward rather than understanding the past and moving to the ancient time. NAIODOC is one of the organizations which are helping the people in learning their own language and explaining them why it is necessary to learn about it. Therefore, School of Engineering and Technology (SET) Indigestion Committee is taking interest in developing a project which can help in maintaining the aboriginality and spread the information of why our language is a necessary aspect in present scenario (Rozenes and Kukliansky, 2013).
To fulfill the requirements of SET a project charter is being developed which will include all set of aspects which will indulge in the project (Bent, 2015). The charter will work as an initial checklist of the project which will help in explaining the importance of evaluating the project plans well in advance form. The charter will help in delivering appropriate set of knowledge related to the activities of the actual project and will help in providing a blueprint for the company. The charter developed will help in enhancing the chances of progress and will ensure that the project which will be initiated in near future could get completed within the time and framed budget provided by the company. A summary format of the actual project will be presented in the charter which will help in developing an effective set of understanding with the aspects which will incur in the real project (Browning, 2014).
