The six milestones using the SMART criteria are described as follows.
Specific – For enhancing the existing working system at Time Inc., the new timesheet system will be developed. For achieving this specific goal, the existing hardware system will be upgraded and suitable software will be installed within the system.
Measurable – The new timesheet system will provide tracking functionality to the organization that will then be able to measure suitable time scales for better and more efficient streamlining of the projects.
Attainable – The organization will be able to attain much more stability and efficiency in managing time and other related factors in the future projects.
Realistic – The project will have to be completed within a realistic timeline as well as budget that will be feasible for the organization.
Time Bound – As per the initial estimations and feasibility analysis, the project will have to be completed within a time period of 105 days.

The risks associated with the project are identified and the risk register is developed as follows.
Risk Details |
Risk Nature |
Risk Type |
Mitigation Plan |
Limited functionalities of the timesheet leading to minimal and limited benefits from the project |
Positive |
Internal |
Since, this is a positive risk, it should be further explored to identify whether further benefits can be gained using further modifications. |
Cyber attacks may occur disrupting the normal working of the system and stealing information from the central server |
Negative |
External |
During implementation of the timesheet, suitable firewalls and anti-virus software must be installed to protect the system from external attacks |
Lack of sufficient technical knowledge of the employees resulting in limitations of the benefits of the timesheet due to mishandling |
Negative |
Internal |
Training sessions can be provided to the employees so that they learn to use and manage the new timesheet system in future projects |
The company is willing to proceed in the project with a limited amount of budget but in case of any disasters or unforeseen incidents, some budget may get used up resulting in budget overshoot |
Negative |
Internal |
Assess all future expenses and consider buffer budget before proceeding with the finalization of budget for the project |
The developer / development team may stop working in the middle of the project due to lack of sufficient expertise or other reasons |
Negative |
External |
Verify developer background before hiring and hire the developer based on written contract rather than verbal approval |
Unavailability of suitable hardware upgrades may delay the project |
Negative |
External |
Verify vendor background and ensure all the necessary pieces of hardware are available before initiating the project |

$8How Our Essay Writing Service Works
First, you will need to complete an order form. It's not difficult but, in case there is anything you find not to be clear, you may always call us so that we can guide you through it. On the order form, you will need to include some basic information concerning your order: subject, topic, number of pages, etc. We also encourage our clients to upload any relevant information or sources that will help.
Complete the order formOnce we have all the information and instructions that we need, we select the most suitable writer for your assignment. While everything seems to be clear, the writer, who has complete knowledge of the subject, may need clarification from you. It is at that point that you would receive a call or email from us.
Writer’s assignmentAs soon as the writer has finished, it will be delivered both to the website and to your email address so that you will not miss it. If your deadline is close at hand, we will place a call to you to make sure that you receive the paper on time.
