Great Search Company (GSC) is consisted of traditional order management system for selling of information about other companies, individuals and properties to lawyers, solicitors and conveyances in Australia. The company planned to implement of order management system in GSC which is used into the company for entering of order as well as its processing. The system also places the orders, monitor the status of orders, and retrieve search results, monthly invoicing and payments. The clients are placed the order for the information searches. The requested information is being accessed from information provider and it is stored into the information system. The possible impact of not implementing the order management system is that the clients will not get proper information and there are chances of errors into the information. The required outcomes are not delivered on time.

Great Search Company is planned to implement of new information system which helps to sell of information about the companies, properties to the lawyers and individuals within Australia. Following are the project objectives such as:
