The project of Stud Farm Management System in New South Wales is developed for aligning the implication of the effective management of the information for the farm such as managing the customer’s data and the information for the alignment of the activities. The bookings over the phone for service booking with the Stud Managers would have to be managed by the implication of the system. The breeding register for the Stud farm in New South Wales would be managed by the use of the online stud management system developed in the project. The system development would allow the implication of booking system via the online platform and mobile devices. It would also allow the management of the breeder’s details, payments, stud details, and various reports for the Stud Farm. The Virtucon were provided with the responsibility of managing the project of developing the rostering system.

The project of developing the Stud Management System for New South Wales for the RALS is an IT based project that would involve the use of the successive alignment of the operations and utilizing the implication of the technology innovation. We were able to use the implication of the technology innovation for the development of the successive integration of the activities. The study has been successful for the deployment of the functions aligning the implication of the project management and technology innovation for the project. We deployed effective communication and also allowed the implementation of the operations favouring the development of the successive integration of the operations. We used the concept of project management as a major factor for the implication of the technology implementation for the project. The analysis would also be helpful for forming the alignment of the operations for website development of Stud Farm in New South Wales. The analysis of the operations had helped us in forming the appropriate system development for the Stud Farm.
The use of the skills like the IT knowledge, communication skills, conflict management, and skilled communication would be helpful for us in developing proper project plan. The analysis would allow the utilization of the improved operation development so that effective management of the operations can be implied. We came to know about the resource usage plan should be developed, budget estimation can be done using top down estimation or bottom up estimation, agreed elements of the contract is included in the contracts, human skills and proficiency is known, and final deliverable is achieved for the project. However, we needed to face the problems of the availability of the material resources is unknown, flexible standard rates of the costs are unknown, violation of the contract would impact the parties equally, availability of the resources is unknown, and implementation of the maintenance plan is unsure. The completion of the study had assisted us in developing better understanding of the information and effective processing for IT system development projects.
