The project of developing the Stud Management System for New South Wales for the RALS is an IT based project that would involve the use of the successive alignment of the operations and utilizing the implication of the technology innovation. We were able to use the implication of the technology innovation for the development of the successive integration of the activities. The study has been successful for the deployment of the functions aligning the implication of the project management and technology innovation for the project. We deployed effective communication and also allowed the implementation of the operations favouring the development of the successive integration of the operations. We used the concept of project management as a major factor for the implication of the technology implementation for the project.
