Dairy Farm Group of Companies has incurred losses in the current year due to lack of any decision-making system. This is the reason why, it is suggested that the organization needs to implement an effective MIS system in order to recover from the losses. This will also give them a competitive edge in the future. This project proposal will evaluate the project scope, work break-down structure (WBS), quality, risk assessment and time frame required for the project.
The organization Dairy Farm Group of Companies has suffered huge losses due to poor implementation information system and ICT tools within their system. Due to this reason, it is of great essence for the firm to re-invent their need for MIS and implement it effectively. However, the process of implementation will be done as per the requirements of their entire stakeholders. This report will highlight the objectives, constraints, work break-down structure and risk assessment plan for the given project.
