The project comes up with two kinds of critical success factor that is effective procurement management, high performance of project team members. The scope of this project mainly comes up with various kind of phases that is designed, implementing, supply, testing and commissioning. It aims to provide training for user manual, 12-month warranty which is not limited to software and materials for this organization.
