The water conservation system is useful to the department who are managing the water level with the current system.In our web application the data of the water level will be managed by the admin and it will be open source.
The data of water level before the rainfall and after the rainfall will be conducted.
So that the farmer may predict that where which crop can be grown to earn maximum benefit.
Without a water management system managing and maintining the details of the water level is a tedious job for any organization.
Water conservation system will store all the details of water level including their ground water level information.
Whole software, Front end and back end will be designed and created in Jupyter notebook.
A Farmer from Dharamour (Valsad) was confused regarding the crop irrigation , that according to the rainfall which crop should be grown to earn more benefit. By visiting our website he is able to get the information.

The Process Paradigm we used for our project is Spiral Model.
In this phase, we have gather requirement and objective are dentified, elaborated and analyzed at the start of each phase.

At this phase, the identified features are developed and verified through testing. At the end of this phase, the next version of the software is available.

In this project, we went through Module Wise Completion. First we did analysis of first module; we went through all the requirements for first module that is Admin module.
We design all the UML diagram for Admin module. Which includes user-case diagram, activity diagram, Sequence diagram, e-r diagram, class diagram, data flow diagram.
After designing UML diagram we started designing data dictionary.
