Generally, law professionals earns significant amount of money from the clients fees for the firm while working long hours. They schedule their time with respective clients and charge by the minute. They want to extend their business by engaging with more clients while appointing some gig lawyers.  They have proposed an idea to provide   law services to anyone at any time. In order to develop such functionality they need a feasible project plan. They are hoping to develop a digital service to provide legal services to anyone at any time.

Their current business is very small and needs to be extends for gaining huge amount of revenue and creating new opportunities as well. If Mathew Campbell and Jane madden did not take the initiative to construct the project, they would not be able to engage with numerous clients. Hence, they can face slow business development or nothing at all.

This approach will surely assist them to compete over other small and medium size offices. They will be able to attract more customer and also able to engage with more customer at any time. They are also planning to provide several engagement proposal for a legal service which will be surely preferred by the clients as they will be able to choose their preferred law professional after checking their profile and success rate.

This approach will also enable few future opportunities as they could face several growth over time. They will be able to build a large scale firm and provide necessary utilities to perform legal services in order to recruit the gig employees. They could have achieved a loyalty base through the system and extend their business to wide areas.

Their current system is very simple and needs to be rearranged in order to adopt the new approach. They must appoint several new experts on different field in order to construct the proposed system .They must engage with IT experts or IT solution provider in order to develop the proposed system and monitor it in future. They also needs to appoint multiple gig employees along with settle lawyer and familiarizeed them about the whole aopration and business process.

Clients will be able to choose their prefer professionals depends upon the success rates, comparative cost analysis and transaction logs. More than one gig lawyers can submit engagement proposal for a legal services.

Finally, what role will be played by the independent lawyers?
