Description of Project Quality System: The project that has been selected to implement quality management is “Residential building construction” based in Adelaide, Australia. The building that will be constructed will comprise of five stories and each storey will contain 3 apartments that means it will be provide accommodation to 15 owners. The building will facilitate an open car parking area for the residents and it will be founded like a complex with all the basic amenities required for high lifestyle and a healthy accommodation. Hence this Quality management plan will help to formulate a proper plan so that the quality outcomes are being achieved from this project. The project has been undertaken by Kane Constructions which is a privately owned construction company and active in all sectors of the industry. The organization has a turnover in excess of $600 million and over 330 full time employees. The company operates throughout the east coast of Australia and overseas from offices in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Therefore, with this background the company has decided to plan and construct a residential building having complex like facilities.

The project being undertaken will help to construct a five storied building comprising of the basic amenities to lead healthy living in the area of Adelaide. The building will also provide facilities for car parking to the customers so that they do not have face difficulties or compromise with their basic needs. The location of the building to be constructed is well connected and centralized so that the residents can easily move to another place without much hassle. The building will also have the facility unlike any residential complex such as 24 hours electricity, water, swimming pool, gymnasium, community hall. The scope of this Quality Management plan is to maintain the quality of the outcomes that will be achieved from this project.
