Business Analytics can be very challenging especially when dealing with cases where Big Data are involved. During my work I realized that I was not bale to unable and analyze data effectively, and since I was assigned managerial position I had to work with data experts to help me in organizing the businesses’ data in good time.
In this modern age numerous cyber threats against the national’s oil, natural gas pipelines have grown concerns about security threats to nation’s pipelines, their connection to the federal programs and electric power sector to protect these pipelines. The September 11, 2001, terror attacks has led to “new risks to the state’s pipeline structures have grown to include disruption by cyber attack, interruption by nations and environmental activists .” In the year 2018 US Security Administration said that it believes businesses will report about 32 % increase “security incidents” yearly—both cyber and physical . The Pipeline would need the government support to improve coordination amongst government bodies and energy unit in pipeline safety; manage incident response as well as recovery; support the development of technologies, demonstration projects, training curricula, pipeline cybersecurity applications; and offer technical apparatuses for pipeline security(Blake Sobczak,2017).

By training workers to apply creative problem-solving approaches make the workers to creative workers to view problems as opening . A good leader needs to identify the vision a mission of the organization. Through doing this he/she will get more knowledge on what needed to be done in order to make the organization successful in the market. The leader needs to work hard towards achieving its target.
I also believes that management is a two way traffic which needs to offer a grounding in becoming a effective people manager. The leader should develop skills which provides an overview of individuals management apparatuses and techniques and the opportunity for workers to practice innovative methods in a supportive setting.
Personal Effectiveness and Power is also need in any business leader since power Influences staff at work develops individual effectiveness skills and practices that reinforce workplace relationships. In conclusion, I can say that the work experience and learning course I received have put me in much better place to tackle most of the challenges I am facing as a leader. The knowledge has improved my leadership skills in a tremendous way.
