Discuss about the Relationships Between Project Management Methodology And Project.
The project mainly focusses on the implementation of centralized network system within an organization in order to resolve the issue of data access. It is identified that due to expansion of the business, the organization opens number of offices in different cities. However, it became quite difficult for the organization to manage the data as well as information of all the branches effectively. For resolving this issue, the organization wants to implement proper centralized network system within an organization. It is identified that centralized network system can be effectively implemented within 15.4 weeks. The project implementation starts on 22nd April 2018 and will get finish by 5th September 2018. The objective of the project are listed below:
The project requirements are mainly categorized into functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
Functional requirements
The functional requirements of the project are listed below:
Data access: Proper facility of data access must be given to the authorized users so that data and information related with the organization can be easily managed [3].
Authentication: Proper authentication facility must be provided by the newly implemented network system so that unauthorized users cannot be able to access the data and information.
Non-functional requirements
The non-functional requirements of the project are listed below:
Speed: Appropriate speed must be provided by the network system so that data can be easily accessed from any of the branch of the organization [5].
Reliability: The network system that will be implemented must be reliable so that the information can be handled as well as managed quite effectively.
In-scope:
The in-scope of the project are as follows:
Out-scope:
The out scope of the project are listed below:
The estimated timeline of the project is around 15.4 weeks. The detailed timeline of the project is provided in the table below:

After proper ethical analysis, it is identified that the ethical issues that are associated with the centralized network system are as follows:
Data loss: If the data are lost due to any technical challenges then it can also cause ethical challenges as the privacy of the customers can be leaked [7].
Data access by third party: If some third party due to absence of authentication accesses the confidential information of the organization then it can lead to ethical issue.
The activities that are generally executed for the deployment of the centralized network system is provided in the table below:

The project “implementation of centralized network system will be implemented” within 15.4 days. However, the project manager wants to have earlier completion date of the project by 2 weeks and therefore the project is crashed for 2 weeks [5]. After crashing, it is identified that the entire project will get finished within 13.4 weeks instead of 15.4 weeks and thus the entire duration of the project is reduced by 2 weeks. The reduced duration is reflected with the help of the screenshot that is provided below

It is found that the entire project will be completed within the timeframe of 13.2 days after crashing. All the project activities will be executed successfully within the duration that is mainly expected in the initial phase of the project [3]. Moreover, it is identified that the implemented network system provides proper benefits to the organization however, in spite of the advantages it is identified that number of security challenges can occur. In order to resolve the challenges following recommendations are provided:
Authentication: Unauthorized users should provide appropriate facility of authentication for avoiding access of data.
Maintenance: Proper maintenance facility should be provided for the improvement of the network system within the organization.
