Lastly, it also emphasizes upon the management of safety and health in the workplace of an organization.
1.1 Assessment of interrelationship between the functions of the organization and different processes
As per Cantwell (2012), the assessment of the scenario, highlights the two key functions of Jaguar Company that is very essential for carrying out the operations of business are Marketing and Financing. This two filed seed to be concentrated a lot to maintain sustainability in the market and to work upon the operations of the business in the domestic and international market. In the case of marketing, the company has to market its car in the market regularly to bring in maximum customers and to increase the sales. It also encourages the company to maintain its brand name in the market as there are intensive competitors giving cutthroat competition to Jaguar (Devinney et al. 2010).
On the other hand, the segment of financing is highlighted to enable aid to the purchasers leading to increase in the sales ever year. As Jaguar is dealing in large scale it as to make available for finance to aid the purchaser and to attract there interest towards the cars of Jaguar.
These two fields are interrelated to each other as marketing enables the company to bring in more customers followed by financing activities carried out to change the stakeholders to purchasers.
The planning of Jaguar is to expand over the national and international market b providing their customers with luxurious cars and make them experience the best. The management of Jaguar peeks over the market before the promotion of any car in the market (Friedli et al. 2012). There are various activities involved in the processes of Jaguar that are fulfilled in order to attain the goals and objectives of the organization.
The planning of Jaguar begins with the process of marketing the brand in the international market chain followed by the aid of financing the car with the least interest charged in order to provoke the purchaser to get the car. The planning becomes effective when the company is able to execute the marketing efficiently to pass the customers to the segment of financing (MartiÌ et al. 2012). Therefore, the strategy used at this point of time was very effective in promoting the sales of the company and achieving the objectives of the organization.

As Ford overtook Jaguar, it beat the other available brands in the market that includes Audi, Mercedes Benz, etc. with its quality services and enhanced advanced luxurious variety of cars.
The processes involved in the segment of rendering the services to the customers are very systematic as decided by the panel of management in Jaguar. It will enhance the customers’ support in improving the quality of service being rendered. The working of Jaguar in the marketing segment is also very effective as the number of sales is increasing in every financial year capturing the market in the section of supplying desired luxuries car to the customers (Stahl, 2012).

It must be supported with other administrative operations as well to let them know about the working of the automobile company (Tracy, 2014). The contribution of the company towards the society must also be concerned in this case.

Therefore, regular training for the employees of Jaguar will enhance their quality of working and will keep the employees up to date with the uses of technologies in the production of the car. Therefore, the operation departments have to peek over ever departed to watch out the working of the company.
In addition, motivating the employees is another segment covered in the section that has been proved effective in the field of maintaining the efficiency of the people working in the organization. In the case of maintaining the resources efficiently, the proper look out over the production scale must be peek out to ascertain the status of the uses of the resources at this point of time (Folinas et al. 2011).
There are various system implemented in the working of Jaguar to attain the aims and the objectives of the company. Management of the system in chronological form is the operation will lead to cut down of irrelevant cost from the operation of the company. If the operations managed systematically then in that case the company will fulfill its objectives on time enhancing the quality of the work performed in the company. As Jaguar has a chain of management, to take care of the administrative functions of the company. It is the segment to point out the important activities carried out in an organization. It helps the company to cut down the activities that are not important in the operation of the business in the organization (LeLoarne and Maalaoui, 2015). Therefore, the group of activities is ascertained to highlight the important activity in the critical path analysis diagram.
It is the structure in which different activities is broken down in order to ascertain the number of activities to be performed in the operation of a business. Therefore, it is very important tool to ascertain the effective control over the operations of the organization by watching over the activities of an organization (Maharaj and Karodia, 2013).
3.1 Designing of system to monitor and manage standard of quality
In the case of quality management, Jaguar has taken out the system for sending a feedback letter to all its purchasers. In this case, the quality management of the cars can be ascertained by getting the feedback from there feedback. Jaguar is also maintaining customer retention at this point of time by showing the interest to improve their quality of service to its best level as it can (Maja, 2012).
Management of the system in chronological form is the operation will lead to cut down of irrelevant cost from the operation of the company. In this way, the company can handle the operation successfully with the proper organizing of the activities included in the company. As Jaguar has a chain of management, to take care of the administrative functions of the company (Margherita, 2014). In addition by regular monitoring and assessing over the processes carried out in the operation of the Jaguar. The management of the quality by providing the customers with the best services whenever demanded by the customer will be the key to show the culture of Jaguar towards the development of culture in improving the quality of the service (Martensen and Mouritsen, 2013).
Regular assessment over the processes in the company to carry out the operations must also be checked to peek over the quality and the appropriateness of service rendered to the customers. Evaluating the service by taking the regular feedback from the customers will also enhance the equality of the service rendered to the customers and may also provide the company with the facility to enjoy chain marketing of the brand in the international market (Saeedifard, 2012).
There are several recommendations to be made in order to improve the quality of the service rendered to the customers of Jaguar and about the quality improvement of the operations carried out in the organization. In order to improve the quality of the operation in the organization of Jaguar, it has to make the process of operation as brief as it can, therefore cutting off the cost of the operation and enhancing the quality of management of the operations of Jaguar (Choo-Kim et al. 2013).
The other suggestion may come up with the improvement in the manufacturing process and cutting down the unnecessary cost to be paid in the middlemen to distribute the cars in the international market. It will allow the company to increase the expenditure over the management of the car during the transportation of the car to the consumer itself.
The third recommendation highlights the process of marketing the brand in the market (Tohyama and Harada, 2013). The marketing must be done in domestic and international market with varying offers given prior to the regular customers encouraging customer satisfaction and increasing the number of customers. The company must also get registered under ISO9000 certification to gain the trust from the side of the customers.
The changes must emphasize the alteration in the process of operations carried by ascertaining the feedback of the customers and making the necessary alteration to meet the requirement and expectations of the customers. The order of management must be changed to handle the affairs of the organization of Jaguar and to peek over the necessary operation of the organization (Yang et al. 2011). The alteration made may affect the working of the Company and may turn to be positive or negative in some of the cases faced by Jaguar.

The changes made in the working of the management of the company will also affect the system of the company highlighting the significance of carrying out the chain of different activities in the organization.

There are several risk involved in the business concerning the regulation and legislation of the company being enrolled in certain category of rule and regulatory implemented by the government. Therefore, at this segment of operation the company must highlight the actions taken in order to manage the operations properly to avoid the risk factors arising from the malpractices carried by some of the employees of the organization (Executive-education.insead.edu, 2015). Therefore, the management must take of such practices and may take security measures to overcome such situations arising in the case. Apart from this, there are various risk involved in the other segment as well highlighting the significance of its working on the other fields of the business as well.
In addition the company must also see that the operations being carried out are within the boundary of regulatory implemented by the government. Any operations being carried out beyond that must be cut off from the group of activities or else permission must be taken by the government to avoid hindrance in the working of the business over the organizations of Jaguar.
The scale of safety and must also be taken into consideration to be included in the segment of operation management of Jaguar. There are approximately 6800 employees working in different departments of Jaguar’s organization. Therefore, the company must take care of its employees with care to ensure healthy working environment for the employees (Toolkit.smallbiz.nsw.gov.au, 2015). In addition the employees must get some sort of health insurance as mentioned in the regulatory of the company.
In addition, the company must also conduct regular health checkup for its employees to ensure security of health for its employees.
As per the review of organizational safety and health policies followed in the organization it is ascertained that the regular checkup campaign for the employees of Jaguar is very effective especially for the employees working in the manufacturing department. The policy of giving out insurance has also been effective and compliant as it ensures the employees about there health safety by the amount of insurance which they shall receive by the side of the company if any mishappening occurs with the employees (Saeedifard, 2012). This policy is only meant for the employees working in the production department dealing with heavy machineries.
The procedure of rendering the health services to the employees are simple enough to avail the facilities by the employees working in the organization. They just need to fill a form in order to get the treatment appointment and medication form the company.
Being a manager, one must first draw up the list of employees who are suffering from any sort of health problems followed by the treatment to be carried out in their favor. In addition, the workers, who are not sure about their health issues, must also go through a health test to watch over any health issues if any (Margherita, 2014). As the employees of Jaguar is getting the benefit of health and safety issues then the worker must avail the facility by coming forward with the issues taking place in them due to the working environment and habits of works in the operation and the administration of the company.
