The employees of the organization are the ones who are the victims in such case when the organizations fail to gain success in the market. The organizational employees along with the higher officials work towards achieving goals for the company by making the employees work towards the job performance along with the accomplishment of goals in the organization. For instance Wu et al., (2015) commented that high and accurate morale standards, honesty as well integrity that are helpful for the organizational officials to overcome the shortcomings faced by the organization and the employees as well. In Coca-Cola Company, the higher officials need to implement strategies that will help in understanding the requirements of the employees and provide them moral support.
A proper defensive attitude has to be kept by the employees of the organization as to overcome the limitations and shortcomings that are faced by the organization. The proper strategy has to be maintained by the organization in order to finish the tasks properly with proper accomplishment of goals in the organization as well. Proper development of creative policies along with decision-making has to be followed by the officials of the organization as to achieve growth as well as accomplishment of goals as well. For properly solving the problems in the organization, proper alternatives has to be selected by the organization as to solve the problems in the organization and solving critical matters as well. Therefore, the problems that are faced by the organizations that are the symptoms those are non-associated in nature. The main loopholes of the decision-making of the organization has to be properly analyzed that will help in allowing proper understanding of the issues that is hampering the goodwill of the organization (Tourish, 2013).
