I gained my understanding of the impact of leadership style on the organizational performance. It enables me to use the transformational leadership style for increasing the existing growth of the firm. The literature review enables to gain understanding in the context of the transformational leadership as well as transaction leadership style. In this, I also understood that how transformational and transactional leadership style influence performance of the organization. It is also analyzed that the transactional leadership style enables the leader to use the reward for motivating their employees to accomplish their task (Bolden, 2016). Moreover, the transformation leader could emphasize on making a positive relationship with their employees by making the positive atmosphere at the working place. Hence, the primary aim of a leader is to assure their developed environment is positive and obtain higher productivity. In this, I also realized that leadership style could play an important role in improving the behavior of the organization. This experience was effective for increasing my understanding of research. I understood that transformation leadership could direct impact on creation factors like employee motivation, employee productivity, job satisfaction, competition, and employee self-efficacy (Gorman and Chavez Reyes, 2018). It also directly impact on the research outcome.
This chapter was also effective for increasing my knowledge in the context of the leadership style role in the organization performance. I will apply this new knowledge and perception in the context of the social networks for their business in the future. From the second assignment, I increased my knowledge about research tools. Herein, I gained my increased my understanding in the context of certain tools and techniques of research that could be imperative in conducting the research and collect feasible information about the research matter. Under this technique, I increased my deep understanding in the context of transformational leadership style. Through this leadership style, an organization could be able to collect higher competitive benefit (Kark, et al., 2018). This leadership style could facilitate organization to gain the efficiency of their employees by engaging them in their allocated work. Moreover, I also analyzed that organization has used the transformational leadership style to improving the motivation level of their employees in the least time as it would be imitative in collecting the feasible result (Ng and Rivera, 2018).
I completed many activities in the assignment first as it is associated with the determination of the research problem, identification of the project aim and objectives, development of literature review, and the formulation of the project scope. In this, I accomplished many acts in the assignment 2 like a summary of literature review and research methodology (Durkin and Gunn, 2016). I analyzed that the primary objectives of using literature review in the task fist are to examine the role of leadership style on the organizational performance. It is evaluated that the primary advantage of developing objectives is to perform the study in a methodological way and accomplish the reliable outcome.
I increased my available data in the context of certain strategies, tools, techniques, and approaches to get the data in the context of role leadership style on the performance of the organization. In addition, there are many tools that could be effective in the accomplishment of their desire goal named qualitative research and quantitative method for collecting information about research matter (Samad, et al., 2015). Herein, I understood that how qualitative and quantitative data analysis could be imperative in collecting the theoretical information as well as numerical data with respect to the research matter. I increased my experience in the context of the role of leadership style on the organization performance.
In this, there are certain reasons that mandate researcher to conduct Assignment 1 and Assignment 2. I gained my understanding of the development of the research questions as well as the research hypothesis. I also facilitate the research scholar to identify the relationship between application leadership styles on the organizational performance. Moreover, I practiced the research methodology in the study to effectively obtain reliable information and make an accurate conclusion (Sougui, et al., 2015). I observed that there are certain methods that could be imperative in collecting quantitative and qualitative research technique as it could be imperative in the accomplishment of the specified aim and objectives of the research matter. In this research, I used interpretivism philosophy to collect theoretical information in the context of existing research concern. I increased my knowledge about the sampling method that could assist the researcher to choose the suitable method and obtain realistic information in the context of the current matter. Moreover, I collected information about the research matter to solve the query of research on available resources (Hornstein, 2015).
This experience was very imperative in gaining the understanding in the context of the many research tools and techniques. In this, I gained my understanding of two kinds of data collection techniques that would be effective for getting information about the research issues like primary as well as secondary data collection method. It facilitates to get reliable information about the research (Idris, et al., 2014). Moreover, I observed that there are creative elements that could impact on research outcomes such as cost, resources, and time. I also analyzed that there are certain factors that could be imperative in the accomplishment of desired goals like an appropriate citation, no plagiarism, and use of university guidelines. I enhanced my knowledge with respect to the ethical consideration for making a reliable result. It could be effective for conducting the research in an appropriate way. In this, I also gained my existing knowledge in the context of each research activity that could be imperative for getting a reliable result (Caillier, 2016).
