The premise of the research is around human rights being violated by the lack of security and if human rights is violated, there shall be a threat to human security. It is a utopia to think of a world where there is equal rights for everyone and human rights is given the highest degree of respect it deserves and requires. Scholars and academicians have always been of the opinion that the society should reflect its policies and therefore by limiting the definition of human rights, it will be difficult to gauge the extent of security that is needed to understand the determinants of human security. Human rights cannot be understood through international or national frameworks but with the help of linking human rights and human security. It is essential to understand security in the light of human rights and as a result of that understanding, it is mandatory to respect human rights and protect the interests of humans to prevent conflict. Human rights is a societal perspective that plans out the strategies of the government and the therefore a society cannot have security without the protection of human rights. Conflicts have been claiming lives for a very long time in the history of human civilization and though the threat and conflict which has claimed human rights has subsided, it is essential to prove that conflicts have an intolerable effect on civilization. The human civilization has been haunted and traumatized for ages and therefore there is a growing need for peace and harmony which will restore the faith of humanity in the Government. Warfare is a resultant of the domestic and international conflicts that have caused large-scale causalities which has further resulted in population displacement. The conflicts are contemporary which are directly related to the human rights violation and the atrocities inflicted on humans in the course of history have resulted in domination and brutality. The aim of the research shall be to understand the conflict situation and find ways to ensure peace and harmony in the society.
The thesis statement of this research paper relates to the consequence of the security failure and human rights failure. The research shall not zero in on one country but shall take the entire world into consideration to understand the gravity of the situation. The Human Rights Charter, the agreements pertaining to human rights and also the UN Agreements that are binding on the signatories.
Social conflict is the fight for power and the struggle that is related to power play in the society. The research shall focus on the theories that have stated that society interacts with the objective of creating conflicts and also the government has to play an important role in solving the crisis. One of the most important factors of the contemporary conflict is to understand struggle in the light of economic and social conflict and how the legislature needs to integrate the power of the common people and instill constitutionalism and justice. As after reading and analyzing the current situation, the aim of the research shall be to provide recommendations and ways to better the situation.

It is worth mentioning that Security, Human rights and conflict is a research pathway which is interdisciplinary in nature and which explicitly acknowledges the conventional and traditional approaches of conflict and security. Research on Security, Conflict and Human Rights should encompass various perspectives on the issues of security of humans for the purpose of developing improved strategies for resolving disputes and conflicts . It is worth mentioning that globalization has adversely affected and altered the security environment of the world. Some of the major issues which hinder Security, conflict and Human Rights are radicalization, gender based violence, forced migration, terrorism, WMD proliferation and humanitarian emergencies.
Violence has increased on a global level and has shifted to protracted warfare which is fought by the non-state actors and state and local militias from the once organized inter-state warfare. In the age of increased violence, destruction and chaos, the global security agenda has highlighted the limits of existing local, regional and global responses to the challenges that have arisen in the modern times. It is worth mentioning that in spite of the fact that human rights are provided in all major international laws, the implementation of such laws are limited and restricted by the existing challenges as mentioned before. As opined by an inter disciplinary sharing of expertise and knowledge which draws information from the research conducted on ethnopolitics, violence and human rights is mandatory for the purpose of addressing complex agenda.
As opined byrelevant information on Security, Conflict and Human Rights have trained researches, equipped with interdisciplinary skills for the purpose of impacting policy, research and practice required to mitigate and avoid risks. It can be stated that there is a very vital link between human rights. National, International and Individual development requires protection of human rights. Therefore it ca be inferred that security cannot be achieved without the respect for human rights. It is worth mentioning that human rights are the foundations on which peacekeeping must be built and peacekeeping must give a central place to the human rights considerations for the purpose of incorporating the strategies of enforcing human rights.
Further, it can be stated that pursuance of human right strategies as governance is central to the purpose of the government. The nature of such governance is to implement the fundamental political, civil, economic, cultural and social rights of the people. The Organization of African Unity can be given as an example of the mechanism of conflict prevention. In the opinion of the mechanism of conflict prevention stresses on the principal of Democratic Legitimacy which can also be defined as the democratic governance or democratic transparency. Democratic governance or transparency in several contexts can be described as governments which are chosen freely by the people which should not be removed by military coups. The country Chile can be given as an example where the government of Chile had been overthrown by the military. The principal of Democratic governance states that people must not choose to tolerate military coups which would overthrow governments which have been elected democratically.
It is worth mentioning that democratic legitimacy can also be perceived as pervading the practice of the Security Council. Further it can be stated that it is important to consider the issue of confidence building measures of the security sector or the military and also the issues related to training of human rights and the humanitarianism norms of the military and the security sector.
There have been few instances and cases in which the indicators of human rights have been used for the purpose of preventing conflicts arising between states or countries. The Security Council of the United Nations deals with the issues related to human rights in a particular way. The Security council of the United Nations have announced several issues which hinder the enforcement of human rights . However, there have been few instances in which the Security Council of the United Nations has acted on the basis of the indications that a particular country is likely to go into a crisis as provided by the human rights indicators. The importance of the issues prevalent in the security sector reform, human rights and human security, democratic legitimacy, training incentives, confidence building and incentives and concepts of security must be taken into consideration.
Research methodology is the type of research that is required by using proper technique and method of research. As has been stated by the esteemed researchers that research method is the right method of process that is systematic and also conducive to the entire research process in a proper and organized method. Research methodology is the systematic and comprehensive method of research that is conducted with the help of proper technique and as a result of which the research method is taken up in line with the subject matter. Secondary analysis by using various journals, article and books that help in understanding the current conflict situation. With the help of secondary analysis, the current situation will be gauged and it will ensure that the research is conducted in line with the researchers and the academicians and the esteemed journals which have comprehensively depicted the current situation and has also spoken at length about the ways to combat the conflict and security crisis in the world.
Month 1-Month 12: The topic will be chosen in the initial phase. The selection of topic was based on the importance it holds in the present scenario and how it can be effectively dealt with. After researching on the burning topics and reviewing articles and journals, the topic was selected. The time needed for choosing the topic was between 1-2 months along with the approval of the topic.
Phase I of PhD (Months 0-12)
This method will involve a method of data collection by secondary analysis. This process will include reviewing secondary data from journals which are already existing in the public domain. The research shall be conducted using proper method and technique. Secondary analysis of journals and articles will be conducted to understand the importance of the topic in relation to societal impacts. After analyzing the topic, the research shall be conducted keeping in mind the existing journals and writings to gauge the importance of the topic in the society.
The review shall be a qualitative in nature where the researcher shall look into the depths and meanings of the true purport of the topic. The issue of conflict and human rights in relation to security is a burning topic which needs proper understanding and analysis. It is a burning topic which has attracted the attention of many scholars and academicians. The method shall also require that there is flexibility in the method that is applied and that will help in getting better results. The method applied will also help in the process of data extraction and analysis in the process. The findings from the literature analysis will be used to develop and form a proper review which shall be used as evidence.
The phase 2 of my study will help me in the selection of the appropriate for the staff groups for the next phase. Each of the health care professional and others will be required to try and identify the different kinds of reasons that lie beyond the causes of human conflicts and the main causes that are involved in the violation of human rights. The aims of the following study is to assess the importance of ensuring security in cases of human rights failure and the impact on the lives of the people as a result of the same. The following phase will involve the selection of a number of participants to determine the actual information or what is the truth. It will be better to choose 10 to 12 individuals to get correct information of the rising cases of human conflicts and the rising instances of human rights violations. However time and resources are the most important part in my project as the absence of time and resources will hamper the smoothness and lead to a faulty presentation. In depth interviews, study and analysis will be conducted in the following phase. The more the depth of the study, the more will be the scope of the study.
The following phase will involve the training period where the necessary skills will be acquired that will help in the collection of all the relevant data regarding the given topic. The training will provide every specific detail on conducting a thematic analysis of the provided topic.
The following phase is the last and penultimate phase of the project and will involve the coordination and integration of the different information regarding the selected topic. The assembling and the submitting of the final solution will be a part of this following phase.
