The SOAR study has aimed to highlight on the various aspects strengths, opportunities, Aspiration and results of innovation measures taken in S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. The main aspect of the study has aimed to discuss on the value of the strengths offering to the processes linked with leadership and identify the challenges.
The main form of the strength in the roles has been identified with knowing about the various types of infrastructural development which may affect the reputation of an Institution. After conducting this assignment I have been able to know about the expansionary issues of S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. The overall conduction of the different types of the activities has been not only helped me to address the existing issues but also identify the present innovation model and recommendation for the continuous improvement of the institute.
After conduction of this study, I have been able to know that the limited infrastructural facility in relation to the value contribution which has been seen to be evident with the various types of the individuals who are seen to be pursuing the course of “postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes”. The main form of the contributing value has been further depicted with the overall welfare of the students, staff as well as the authoritative representative of the institute. My strength offering to the other individuals through the respective activities of the actions has been mainly seen to be presented in form of the only enhancing the present socio-diversity issues but also important of actions taken by the authoritative council of the institute.
By conduction of this assessment I have been able to link the leadership role with several leadership attributes. From doing the assignment I have been able to relate leadership attributes in terms of the consulting, decision-making envisioning and organizing. The consulting process has helped me in depicting of the various types of individuals who have benefited from the implementation new policies for the admission process. For conduction of this process several Institute staff members have been approached me and along with this the sourcing of the different types of the information related to the study has been seen to be done from the different personnel from the articles published in the media websites. The important form of the value and the strength of the offerings associated to the leadership will help me in assessing the initiatives taken by the institute towards the innovation process as the assessment has been able to state on future prospects of application of the innovation processes. This has been seen with the envisioning aspect of the leadership process.
It has been seen that along with the highlighting of the various types of the process for leadership, the study has helped me to address on the existing risk factors. The main challenge associated with the study has helped me to assess the sensitive issue related to infrastructural development. I have been able to discern that Institute has proposed to undertake various expansionary measures which will require higher investment and permission for rentals. Thus the different types of the aspects of study has been seen to be conducive in the presenting the challenges and the associated opportunities for improvement of the same. Therefore the learning experience associated to the study has been not only helped me in addressing infrastructural problems but also know about the challenges with the expansionary measures.

The study has assisted me in knowing about the other roles which is evident with participation of individual council authorities of the Institute. I have defined the main requirement with interpretive aspects, which will be able to highlight out on the concerning issues of both the students and the management of institute. As the Institute is seen to be funded by Government of Maharashtra, it needs to be noted that the different types of financial as well as the infrastructural concerns should be approved and acknowledged by various government officials. Among the several types of required roles of the students and staff members I have further noted that the Institute should focus on identifying the various stakeholders and their contribution in the overall process.
Some of the different types of learning experiences as a contributing factor I have seen is related towards the society and community at large. The various types of innovation and improvement process are done with the fact of inclusion of all types of communities at a single working place with equal eligibility. As the institute is recognised a pioneer in terms of the B school, i have been able to state that the application of innovation process will be conducive in developing the future of both academicians and the pursuing students. The different types of other aspiration are seen to be so generated process which has come along with the application of several steps of innovation. It can be further discerned that were at the particular benefits achieved to the individual participants in the classified groups as discussed in the study. Henceforth, the main aspiration with the other participants has been evident with the application of reference model in the given study.
I have been further able to state that some the main processes into the application of study need to be done by including concepts such as “litany, causes, Structure, discourse, Metaphor and myth”. This will be able to ensure that the different types of quantitative aspects as being considered for the overall innovation and improvement of the institution. The important process for the recruitment and procedure needs to be associated with the cost-effective planning of resources. In addition to this, for getting a better understanding of the decision-making process the institute needs to prepare minutes of their most recent, board meetings. This governing board meeting will be a direct fiduciary of various types of responsibilities for ensuring that the statutory compliance. I have been also able to know that the institute needs to further request on the questions which are seen to be associated to the diversity needs and standards and adhere to the same. The various types of responses should be recorded and a formal session with the public institution needs to be prepared so that cultural issues can be eliminated in a learning space.

The aspiration to do more in one role has been further identified with the regulations and planning process of day-to-day operations for conduction of the several processes associated to the task.
For me the main aspiration to be with others with the conduction of infrastructural development processes which has been seen to be conducive in addressing various types of issues along with their action plan.
During the course of the conduction of the studies I have come across several academicians and staff members of the Institute who has been the main motivator for conduction of the task and identification of the issues. In addition to this, the students of the institutes and their various suggestions are really worthwhile to get aspired from.
The leadership of innovation is evident to me with the ongoing incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives have been already taken by the institute’s board members. In addition to this, the business partnership and mentor are seen to be a contributing factor for the overall innovation process in the institute’s operations.
The important lessons learnt from the various types of aspirations have been conducive to me in contributing to the overall performance of the institution. As the study has focused on the infrastructural development issues in relation to the expansionary measures, the primary value contribution has been seen to be evident with the various types of the individuals who are pursuing the course of “postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes”.
