On the other hand, the company faces various problems due to the poor organizational structure. Mainly the problem arises related to the chain of command because it can get too vertical. Therefore, top executive of the Babcock & Brown does not interact with the other workers regularly. Along with this, due to the hierarchical organization structure, the company faces the problems related to the role confusion as the roles of the worker are not clearly defined. Hence, it will create some wasteful recourse and also cut out the profitability level.
In addition to this, Bandeira-de-Mello et al (2016) favor the view of Morales et al (2014) that the organizational structure faces the problems related to the procedure issue that will slow down the productivity and also create confusion. Sometimes, results of the business are difficult to evaluate due to outdated methods. Due the hierarchical organizational structure pay very much attention to achieve the target of the business but at the same time, the organization ignores the overall objectives and goals of the business that is causing due to lack of team spirit.
