The professional development plan is a systematic evaluation of a person to know the professional approach of the person and develop the key aspects and improve them in an ethical manner. I am currently working with Quality Insulation Company in Milford. I have to take care of day to day working sin Oracle E-business. Sales performing job and sales figure maintenance are also taken cared by me. I also participate in inventory management and take part in the managerial decision-making. The decision-taking from operation support analysis is important for the company. I have a good knowledge of the product management as in the earlier company I used to be habituated with such things. I took care of internal and external stakeholders and controlling the company’s share market through internal research. The meeting sessions and proactive genre of the teamwork is also a part of this team and I find a good place over there. But for the better organizational position, I left the job and joined Quality Insulation.
I started my professional career from Alfred Medical Centre in 2001 as a Customer relations officer. I worked there for almost five years and worked on my system-clinical information understanding. After that, for the better opportunity, I left the job and started to with Mecure Healthcare Limited. I worked for five years for there also as the designation of customer relationship officer. Clients have been taken care of me and I created a cultural team to provide enjoyment to the patients. I also took care of mentorship and boarding education. After leaving that job to change the dimension of my life I joined Convergys in 2014 and worked as product marketing advisor. The thing is quite impressive and new for me as I was not aware of this kind of IT jobs, so the horizon of capability will improve. Supporting team member and maintain the customer service standing are the other responsibilities that I had to serve the company. I served less than a year for the company and I contracted for another regional office in Milford. It was a contractual job and I liked the way it formulated.
Thus, the entire professional career that I encompassed is a process where better opportunities were always accepted by me. I found something new in every job and changed the jobs within no time. This is my character that personifies my education, creativity and knowledge in my professional field. The pro-activeness of working culture helps me to determine the right job for me. For the career growth and personal development in an aspect of diversified my horizon, I have tried these innovative career options for me. There were some incidents that helped me a lot to tackle those situations in the present workplace.
In case of the organization, managers are the most powerful and respectable person who can take decisions for the future understating of the organization. The vision of the managers and their mentality to change the dimension of the company is effective and illustrative in some cases that impacted on the organizational development and the infrastructure. In my perspective, I find that decision making is one of the qualities that I possess and that will impact on my behavior. Most of the organizations are business minded, I think my decision making thoughts are encouraging for organizational development. Uncertainty nature is possessed in me and that is the reason, I cannot stay for long in an organization and also my mentality loves the change.
I have leadership qualities in me and I know how to motivate people. In case of stable position in the organization, development of the production department is needed. Team productivity is another motivating aspect of the organization as working in a team is a capability of mine. I have subjective knowledge as well. Though I started my career from Medical Center and my knowledge is based on customer relation so better management handling is in my nature. Innovation is one of the changes that organization has implemented in several times. In that case, the changed mentality of organizational difference and development of career is also related to the penetrating market extension of the product. In that case, my career will be framed in case of the managerial level where I have to manage the entire organization body for the better business development.
I chose general goals, objectives that can be easily achievable for me and the organization inthe initial year of taking responsibility. Leadership: I know the leadership styles and responsibilities. From the very first day of my universities and professional journey, I used to follow many leaders so I know their style and now understand what steps are needed to be required for making a good team.
Communication: I have to improve my communication skill as I am quite an introvert type so people may have a wrong thinking regarding me. But this is not true, so I have a speak more with my team and co-operate with them to mitigate any sort of problem through communication.
