I am responsible for motivating and training the sales people of the organization and also to implement various strategies within the organization to increase the sales and profit amount of the firm. I have used self-assessment tool on daily basis for identifying personal strengths, weakness as well as opportunities and threats. I personally segregate goal objective by suing SMART objectives for bringing opinion together. I have made action plan for my self-improvement in key identified areas so that I can become the real asset to the organization. Three important things are concentrated upon by Sankalp Engineering Services Private Limited in their training i.e. this will help in providing high quality training so that they are able to improve themselves and contribute success of the brand.
