The potential danger that is available in Japan includes the rise in the availability of the aged care which leads to the competition and affect the services that are offered by them (Global social challenges, 2017).
France
In France, the major opportunity that the company is getting includes the rise in the demand as there are many people who are looking for the aged care services. Moreover, the centres that are available include the lack of services which is not liked by many people in the market (The weekly Source, 2018).
A risk factor that is present in France includes that the staff who work at the aged care are facing the issues of overburden and lack of salary due to which they strike for the same.
Conclusion
In the end, it can be concluded that the Aegis aged care company has the opportunity in both the market either it is European and Asian countries. Considering the analysis with the help of the strategy tools, this has been found that the company should expand their business operation in Japan. Japan has numerous opportunities which will result in the increase in the profit of the company. The market strategy that has been suggested to the company is licensing in which the company will take the license from the government for operating the business operations in Japan.
