Implication of stake holders’ analysis to the management of the project

Carrying out stake holders’ analysis draws out the interest of the of the stake holders in relation to the project. This makes the project relevant to the stake holders and so offer solutions to the community in large

Since stake holders’ analysis magnifies the interest of various groups in the project it is a better way to highlight some of the conflicting interest which the management of the project together with the investors should analyse before carrying out the project. For a project to succeed in the 21^st century then the project manager must find a wat to balance the profits with basic social and responsibilities as per the needs of the local community. The local leaders expect the project to be conducted with integrity and honesty. Activities such as charitable offerings to local non-profit setups such as schools are necessary to build the goodwill of the organization in relation to the community.
