But one way in which it can contribute to the environmental sustainability of the workplace (Percival, Schroeder, Miller and Leape, 2017). It can provide the employees a room where they can relax out of work so as to have a fatigue from the work they are doing. But the employees are supposed to complete their work. In order to take a break from the work they can have some rest period of 10-15 minutes in that room. Employees can further have coffee in that scenario as well as they can have some games which are very much brain storming so as to get back to work with the same energy after having a break.
Environmental or sustainability issue
Most issue that Woolworth faces is regarding stress of the employees and due to which they are unable to contribute in the company as they are supposed to. Hence, this concern the fact those employees tend to leave the job. Further the inclination of such parameter into a system which is more focused and more stress free which is itself an environmental sustainable campaign as the employees will be better for long period of time which is important and very much needed for their lives and their wellbeing.
