Summary and Recommendations: The development of smart integrated operations due to ICT technological implementation would allow the Charles Sturt University would make their operations more synchronized and improvable. On the other hand the technological dependencies would form a slow start for the modification of the existing technology. Short Term (Now) The ICT development would allow the use of student information system for improvement of the functions and development. It is important for development of the existing functions for developing the system tools and network. Mid Term (next 12 months) The use of technological development and integrated operations would allow the users for developing their operations and forming more effective and efficient operations in the organization. Long Term (next 3 to 5 years) The use of student information system would make the functions of the organization more operatable for developing the system integration in the organization. It can be used for gaining global recognition and development. |

The business to business model is being used for developing the straight connectivity between the two organizations.
