For the development of the new information system an IT consultant is hired and the business operation is discussed with him for aligning the information system with the current needs of the company.
Business Functions:
The main function of the business is to manage the large exercise area and planning for the expansion of the current business. The information system is needed to be designed such that it can record all the business process and run new facility without any problem. The details of the full time and the casual staffs should be recorded and the common jobs should be automated for reducing the needs of involvement of more number of staffs in the management of the super centre.
With the implementation of the information system the business organization should be benefitted by eliminating the manual processes and reduce the risk of error that can be generated from manual errors. The need of the business should be identified by the IT development team for the aligning the system with the current needs of the business and help the company to reach more number of user and gain competitive advantage in the organization.
The main problems identified for the development of the information system are given below:
The new information system proposed for the management of the activity of the supercentre would comprise the following features:
SMS API – It is used for sending verification codes to the users in their registered mobile numbers. The API is used for allowing the integration of the SMS messaging platform with the application program.
Online payment gateway – It is used for the management of the outdoor and the indoor merchants or users and have the record of the transaction for reducing the complexity of management of the accounts. A SSL connection if used for the transaction and receive payment from the customers via different modes of online transactions.

With the development of the information system the company can manage more number of users at a time and thus facilitates to reduce the work load on the employees. The calculation of the salary and generation of reports can be operated on a single click and helps the administrator for the management of the different operations easily.
Policies:
Different policies are developed for the customers and the staffs for securing the data in the information system and eliminating the risk of unauthorised access of the information system.
For Customers
For Staffs
Risk Analysis:
There are different risk associated with the development of the information system and the risk is needed to be identified prior of starting the development process for eliminating the risk and develop the project successfully. For the analysis of the risk a study should be made on the technical feasibility, economic feasibility and social feasibility of the project. A risk response plan should be prepared for handling the risk and eliminate the error that can rise during the development of the project.
For gathering the requirement and develop the information system following the requirement of the organization a set of Questionnaire is created and distributed with the management team for involving them in the development process. It helps in clear identification of the needs and reduce the risk of errors or changes in the project.
Database schemes
Codes Format
The tables of the database should be normalized such that redundancy of data can be eliminated and any undesirable characteristics for example insertion, deletion, updating and anomalies can be avoided. The data are put in a table and the duplicate data are eliminated for increasing the efficiency of the system.

Software Options
The current processes are recorded using the Microsoft Office package and an accounting package software which have some limitations for the management of large amount of information. The information system is developed with the combination of different software platform for the management of the large amount of information and increasing the efficiency of different business operations.
Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that for the development of the information system a detail study should be made on the requirement and a project plan should be developed for the management of the phases of development of the project. Each of the phases should be assigned with resources and the estimated time for the completion of the project should be identified for have a proper control on the different stages of management of the project.
For the identification of the flow of data and information an use case diagram is created with the activity diagram. The ERD is created for the identification of the flow of information and creation of the tables in the database. A cost benefit analysis is also done for the project for the identification of the identification of return of investment and identification of the success of the project.
