The qualitative mode of research methods are used that can help to collect data that is needed to carry out the research work in the mode of structured and semi-structured interview. The mode of data collection in this type of research methods thus vary according to the structure of the research. Hands with the use of both quantitative and qualitative mode of research it is possible for the investigator to deeply explore the issues that have caused poor technological infrastructure within the Healthcare organisation (Swan and Gabbard 2014).

Mismanagement to deal with all the Healthcare information and medical data is one of the major issues that have been highlighted in the given research work. From the given literature review it is clear that lack of application of cloud storage and poor technological infrastructure is one of the major cause of data mismanagement within the Healthcare organisation (Yilmaz 2013). In spite of the fact that cloud Technology has resolved the issues to deal with huge amount of data, security concern has been one of the major issues that have prevented proper application of this cloud Technology within the Healthcare information system. Healthcare organisation has to face huge challenge due to the fact the data that is being stored in the cloud Technology can easily be breached and can be missed by outside agents. Extraction of information from the cloud technology that is relevant to the Healthcare information is also one of the major challenges that have been faced by various Health Organisations.

From the research work of Chen et al. (2015), it is evident to ensure that effective research method need to be implemented in order to ensure that the root cause of poor technological infrastructure and poor application of the cloud Technology can be identified and proper intervention can be taken accordingly.  On the other hand, Sultan (2015), has mentioned that with the help of the proper statistical analysis, it is possible to deal with the causes that is responsible for the mismanagement of the data relevant that is needed in the healthcare service. It is also important to ensure that most of the data that is needed in the medical care are being protected carefully as it contains detail information about the medical history of every individual patient that can be highly confidential and classified.

It is important to use the quantitative mode of research method in order to ensure that proper techniques are being employed for ensuring high level of security for advanced level of data protection.

It is important for the investigator to apply proper and accurate research method that is relevant to the subject area of the research. The researcher has planned to collect the existing literature that is relevant to the subject area of the research which will be the main secondary sources of information collection. With the help of the secondary information it is possible to explore the background of the research topic and also the past issues and research work that have highlighted upon the current research problem.

The researcher has to use both Inductive and deductive research approach that will help to ensure that existing theories relevant to the research subject is being applied along with new hypotheses that have been framed by the researcher in order to further highlight the subject area of the research.

It is important for the researcher to use both existing method of research as well as make minor modification in the research protocol in order to ensure that it is being implemented in proper manner and the problem of the research are being focused upon. There are however few limitations that is mainly due to the shortage of time and finance. It is not possible for the investigators to deal collect sufficient and relevant information that can help in the research work. The methods that have been applied however will help to ensure that only authentic and relevant information are being used in the context. With the help of the research hypothesis, it is possible to explore the new areas and domains relevant to the research topic. Nevertheless, it one of the major limitations with the research methods that have been applied is that it may not be possible for the researcher to get access to all the detail information relevant to the research topic as the health care information are confidential in most of the cases.
