Purpose of the report- The purpose of this report was to assessing whether and how the technologies which are already there to support the various administrative system and procedure in Texas chicken align with the strategic goal of Texas chicken. In addition to achieving these objectives, it is necessary to maintain three strategic organizational objectives and key indicators to achieve these specific strategic objectives based on the various techniques used by the organization.
Introduction
General overview of the emerging technology- New technologies that are currently being developed or are being developed over the next five or ten years social environment. This information technology, wireless data communication, human-machine communication, on-demand printing, biotechnologies and advanced robotics. (Peter, 2016)
Emerging technologies are technological innovations that represent progressive development in the field providing competitive advantage, Conversion technologies are the first separate domains that are developing towards strong interconnection and similar goals. These innovations have forced companies to re-evaluate their priorities and reconsider the use of technology to incorporate their audience. Introduction of my company– The organization’s name is Texas chicken which is a part of global chain fast food restaurants. In whole of New Zealand there are three stores of Texas chicken and one of them which I carried out for my research is located in Westfield Manukau, Actually Texas chicken originated in San Antonio in 1955 and by the time lapse Texas chicken began expanding internationally and in Auckland Texas`s first store was opened in Westfield Manukau city food court. Internal stakeholders then informed the questioner and discussed the outcome with management to enable them to know what internal stakeholders think of the techniques used by Texas Chicken. To explain the result in a nutshell, I created Google Forms and added articles to the report with a small margin of discretion for these charts in terms of the results achieved by internal stakeholders.

6 key indicators for evaluate the existing technologies
The technologies identified are consistent with all strategic objectives, as only the technologies required for these objectives will be required. However, to achieve the strategic objectives, the standards must be followed. By only achieving goals, the Texas Chicken will improve their performance.
The strategic objective consists of two criteria that must be followed, namely customer satisfaction and a good relationship between internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholders will only be satisfied when staff can provide better service through good training.

The pie chart depicts the information of environment of Texas chicken. 40 percent people average like the environment and the percentage of very and not are same like 20 percent only.
The above chart shows about the internal stakeholder that what they think about the trainer is help to improve the customer services. Most of the people like trainer is important for improve customer services and only 20 percent people has partially agree on this statement.
The pie chart shows the how important cameras are important for Texas Chicken. 60 percent people gave their suggestion yes cameras are important and 20 percent people said may be cameras are good for check the rules and regulation of Texas Chicken. Manager can see easily and we can judge Who did not use the good procedure for making food. Only 20 percent are not agree with cameras.
The pie chart shows the information of break the rule and regulation like talking in their own language. Both Indian and Maori people break this English policy. Only 20 percent Samoan did not follow rule and regulation.

(Rouse, 2005) Computer simulations and different diagrams and articles are used to illustrate, portray and predict the behavior of systemic thinking systems. System Thinking tools include: Behavioral graph (BOT) over time, which indicates the functions of one or more variables over a period of time; Due to the ring diagram (CLD), which shows the relationship between elements of the system; Management Flight Simulator, which uses an interactive program to simulate the effects of management decisions; And simulation models, which simulate the interaction of system elements over time. (Rouse, system thinking, 2007)
Discussion and implications
The first strategic goal of Texas Chicken is Train staff with the help of projectors. The mission of Texas chicken to be trains all the staff up to international standards. After train all the staff they will be use right procedure for making food and they are communicate with each and community of people. It will be also increase the quality of customer services. So, Texas Chicken selected this strategic goal to make environment friendly where customers and staff can talk to each other with friendly way and can ask if anything need to be ask like any customer inquiry, issues and complaint about food. The second goal of Texas chicken is decrease to discrimination and use proper rule and regulation while working. Management fixes 4 to 6 cameras for checking the all employees. So this strategy is very helpful for use rules and regulations. The third strategy of Texas chicken is use proper rule and makes food with proper regulation. Nowadays staff is not too many active and trained so customers are not happy while eating Chicken. If everyone will follow rules and regulations then customers love to go to that place especially when customers get hygiene products which can be only make by following all type of rules and regulations while preparing the product like Burger, wraps, chicken and buns.
Conclusion
Finally, this report addresses three strategic organizational objectives and key indicators for achieving these specific strategic objectives on the basis of the different techniques used by organizations to achieve these objectives. The three strategic goals of Texas Chicken are customer-related. Recognized technologies are in line with all of the strategic objectives because, based on the objectives, technologies will be needed. However, in order to achieve strategic objectives, certain criteria should be followed to achieve these objectives. By only achieving the goals, Texas Chicken will increase its performance. 6 criteria for each strategic goal help the organization achieve its goals.

There are three major technical developments in Texas: the use of technologies or the use of technologies for the use of electronic resources. “Technologies that are used to promote technologies used in the human environment are technologies 5 to 10 and available technologies for a personal user. In Texas Chicken management need 3 emerging technologies for betterment of Texas Chicken to beat other Restaurants and to get more good than KFC and McDonalds.

Apart from this, these emerging technologies in relation to key indicators have been included in the work of Task 1 this assessment in relation to three strategic objectives. Selected emerging technologies will definitely help Texas Chicken employees improve their performance and make them more productive.
Consultation, Participant and Data Collection Method
The emerging technologies are selected on the basis of our organisation. I prepared ten questionnaires based on three technologies and asked from internal stakeholder and got 6 responses from employees. I also discussed that emerging technologies with my shift manger. The Google forms are also attached in Part 1 and prepare different Google form like pie charts and bar graphs. Three Emerging Business Technologies and Reason for selecting these 3 emerging technologies among all others
Smart pre order screen– The smart pre order screen is taking process is digital preordering screens, as by these screens customers can order their food when they enter inside in case they don’t need to stay in lines as they can preorder their food on digital screens and can get their order number so they don’t need to wait lines. For example- McDonalds has already start this smart order taking process in their business and now Texas also can start this smart strategy in their business. This Technology is very helpful for make business successful in all over the world. This screen we fitted on the front of the left side in the restaurant. This thing is also put good effect on customers. Nowadays people cannot want to be stand in queue for long time. So with the help of this technology customers can place their order and they can pay on same time. It will be also helpful for who working on till. This screen is connected with administration system. So all the combos and all products are showing on that screen.
Drive thru- As we know a lot of fast food business are doing drive thru food so that people don’t have to inside to bring their food they can get it in their car by drive thru and this is a good opportunity for Texas as well as. They can also start a drive thru option. Moreover, Manukau Texas located in really busy place as a food court is always busy with customers and in this case some customers don’t want to wait and as a result they don’t come in so for them drive thru is a best way and by this Texas can bring more customers as well as more profit.
Uber Eats– Nowadays in food industry Uber eats is a new term in order to deliver food to customers. For example- if an organisation like texas registers their website menu with Uber eats then any customer who opens this app Texas menu will show on their screen so that customers can select their food and can get it through Uber. They don’t need to go to Texas, so it is handily for customers as well as for profitable for Texas. The only thing is that Texas has to pay 35% every month. So this technology is really useful in this smart world because a lot of work place don’t want to go outside for food as it disturbs their work people don’t want to go outside for food as it disturb their work period so Uber eats is a best way for them so this a smart opportunity for Texas to increase their business and profit.
