1.a. The program addresses the problems faced by minority groups in the San Lucas school district. Following this program, they have recruited teachers who are trained to adjust to the qualities needed to address the minority group problems so that they fill part of the San Lucas school district (Carter & Wilson, 1991).
b. It is true that the goals of this program are reasonable because it aimed at solving the problems that face the minority groups and it has come up with a solution to these problems. The program has introduced a set of acquisition measures that would attract the minority aspirants. They aim at working to make attractive offers and special programs to assist in the recruit adjustment.
c. There are good systems for reaching this goal because Maria already wants her classes to have unlimited access to the school iPads. She also needs a more advanced laptop to organize exercises and charts for her classes and the school board provided these.
d. The school district should recruit more people like Maria for faster development of the program in the school. They should treat all the teachers in the school equal just as they treat Maria to motivate them. They should organize seminars for more minority groups within the district to have more skilled personnel for the program.
2.a. The committee should recommend to the school board that Maria has been doing a balanced job therefore she needs a long-term convention. She has been giving advices to the school girls who lacked someone to give them advices. The committee can also make a recommendation based on the fact that Maria had begun to shape her teaching skills and when given more time she could advance into a more skilled contributor (Bloom & Davis, 1965).
b. The board should make an effort to train their teachers through organizing frequent seminars and workshops for more recruitments. Tis would improve the quality of the services that the teachers offer to the students. They should also promote those who have gained more skills required to create a competitive environment within the staff so as to deliver more quality services (Hakuta & Augustine, 1993)
3.a. Maria had more computing support than the other teachers did because when she wanted an advanced laptop which was given. She only taught four classes while other teachers taught five classes. Marias needs were being considered over everyone else.
b. The avenue that should be in place constitutes the complaint being taken to the board to be analyzed so that there could be a clear agreement between the teachers and Maria and the board. The teachers should be treated equally to show fairness.
c. Maria: More advanced laptops should be given to teachers to help in the learning section
Teachers: More seminars and workshops should be organized frequently to improve the skills of the teachers (Konrad, Pringle & Pushkala, 2005).
Students: They should be given advice daily to encourage them to work hard. They should also be taught by qualified teachers to improve on their academics.
Community: The community should be educated about various advantages of the trending program so as to give full support where necessary.
