The modern era is ofter called the informatin age or computer age. The digitalisation of century began in the developed countries in the 20th century. Now almot the whole world has gone digital.

To keep up with the rest of the world bangladesh must also go digital.

Why did the world decide to go digital? First of all digital technology is cheaper than heavy machinery-based technoloty. Second digital equipment is easy to install and remove. Third digital technology is almost full-proof. Even if degital equipment breaks down, it is easier to replace or repair them. For the, degital equipment is faster and more accurate than traditional technoloty. The government of Sheikh Hasina has already taken some significant steps to turn Bangladesh 100 percent digital.

Our honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina personallh takes up a lot of interest in the digitalisation of Bangladesh.

At her order the activites of most government orreices have becomen largely digital . the utility bills are nolw computer generated. The railway tickets are aow computeised. The departement stores provide us with digitally prepared bills. Our JSC, SSC, HSC examinees now have their board final results on the internet. Our birth certificate and national ID cards are issued on computerised data base.

Even passports are now machine readable. The future of bangladesh, if we can go 100 percent digital is in a word bright with the government giving highest priorrity to our IT skills.

Then we can export a huge chunk of these it workforce to devoloped countries. In other words we can earn billions of dollars by exporting IT professionals software and hardware. We can help even other developing countries by providing them with IT education and skills. What began as a theme of an administration is now the motto of every citizen olf Bangaldesh every citizen of Bangladesh now wants to see our country 100 percent digital. Allah has created two types of human-men and women. One is not complete without the other. Both are equally important to make anything success.

So, socio-economic development depends on both men and women. In the past, women were segregated from out of homen productive work. They were help within the four walls. The hearth became the place for them. So, cooking, cleaning, washing, giving birth and rearing children became their jobs. Men became the wage earners and all other activies became their responsibilities. In bangladesh position of the women is very humiliating. Women are the worst sufferers. Today women are playing an important role in all spheres of life. They are no longer confined within the four walls of their parent’s or husband’s house.

They have come out of kitchens and are working hand in hand with men in the development programmes of the government. By receiving higher education, they are becoming pilots, doctors, engineers, teachers, administrators etc. They have contributing much to the economy of the men that the development of the country is never possible keeping half of the population idle at home. So, its need no telling that women are playing a great role in the socio-economic condition of our country. The reason of women’s participation in various activies is for the gradual realization of the need for financial independece.

Actually women can do what men can. In offices women work as much as men and contribute to national development. Some women are even in the highest posts in somen offices and they run the offices very well. Thus, they make our national development possible. In the teaching profession, women work sincerely to build the future leaders at the country. In this profession women are even more sincerw than men. Thus, they contribute to the national development by making the students proper. In the medical profession, the role of women is more important than any profession. Patients are both male and female patients did not get proper treatment.

Thus, woment help national development by giving us healthy mothers. As lawyers women have become very successful. There are so many female lawyers in our country. In this profession, women are doing their duty with highest sincerity and earning fame for themselves and for the country. There is, of course, still a long way to cross before women are bale to discover their full potentiality in the job market. Lack of security facilities male selfishness, have not been able to deter our women. So scopes shoukd be created so that women can play their part effectively in society.
