Break Even Point: This is a graph that helps to identify a point where the total income and total expense of the company become equal. Analyzing the profit margin: This includes the calculation of the annual sales made by the business along with the net income (which is calculated by deducting the costs from the total earnings) and then converting the net income to percentage of the annual sales.
