The basic importance of enhancing the system to use the face recognition to enhance the stability and maintenance of the attendance of the students. The main aim of the paper claims the importance of the monitoring system to enhance the method of establishing the views of the students of North England. Therefore, the paper will discuss the basic aims and objectives of the research for conducting the dissertation. Apart from that, a formal literature and application of research methodology will be presented for effective understanding.
The aim of the paper states the impact of upgrading the attendance of the students by introducing the face recognition method for the University of North England. Apart from that, the most important aim is to depict the management scheme for the students to enhance the established views on attendance.
The importance of establishing a face recognition tool in the University campus enhances to increase or upgrade the attendance and monitor every step of an individual within the firm (Carlow, 2020). The main aim of the research paper is to introduce the new ways in accelerating and monitoring the issues and ideas of the students. The major feature or concentration has been depicted too the applicants of the University and provide an attractive focus on the influence of using the face recognition method for the betterment. Apart from that, Naoum (2020) has stated that the particular profile is quite detailed with ethical application and it is considered to be quite effective and managerial.
In the recent time, the role of the industrial bank of the of the UK magnifies the great pressure as well as the significant analysis of the working environment to have a concrete focus. Thus, the main thing that will be discussed in the paper states the University enhances the most attractive application to form the data collection materials. On the other hand, to upgrade the attendance, a monitoring system is established for analysing the attendance statistics. Further, the applicants enhance to be more attractive (Shekhar, 2019). The issues as well as the ideas of the students can be enhanced with proper influence and decision. Thus, emerging the key aspects of better improvement and profitability of the University of North England, prime responsibilities of the human management has been adopted for effective outcomes. The management remains the great pressure and it increases the challenging significance in the profitability.
H0: The importance of face recognition method enhances to not understand upgrade of attendance and monitoring system.
H1: The importance of face recognition method enhances to understand upgrade of attendance and monitoring system.
This paper will justify H1.
The attendance and monitoring system enhances to computerize the software along with the special devices for capturing the attendance of the data such as the duration, arrival, leave, and other aspects. In this analytical situation, Oldfield et al. (2019) has stated that the main purpose of enhancing the concept of attendance and monitoring the management system enhances to keep the track of the student hours. In this particular system, it is necessary to document the time of the student work and time of the take off. Thus, attendance management and monitoring system helps in giving a detailed analysis of the ideas of the students in the University. It is important to determine the attendance of the students because it helps the managerial of the University to have a fine and detailed analysis of the student’s workflow.
Concerning the discussion, Watkins (2020) has stated that innovative thinking means to have a better management composed with equate management and it links the different set of personal experiences and cultural imitation. Thus, attendance and monitoring system is considered to be a computerized software and with the special devices, it helps to capture the attendance as well as the departure with no delay. The biometric used for analysing the attendance enhances to keep a particular mark for the particular day. Henceforth, all such actions are taken care by the managerial or principal of a firm to have a concrete management of the attendance monitoring system with precise record of attendance. The implementation of the concept enables the system to have a basic un hold of the payroll and it is addressed to be concerned regarding the evaluation procedure and the tool to have the staff in the first order. The administration as well as the evaluation procedure is quite harnessing and it is designed based on the off-line administration of the monitor susception with related occurrences.
The concept of facial recognition system within the University of North England claims the technology capable enhancement that matches the human face from a digital image or the video frame against the entire database of all faces. Typically, it has been addressed that to authenticate the users through the ID verification services, it is necessary to typically authenticate the users through the verification system. Thus, the face recognition system is important because it helps in identifying the students in the University and also to extend the security with fishy circumstances. Apart from that, Malloy et al. (2021) has stated that the practitioners enable to share the experiences and thoughts to have an insight for framing the highly area of security and management.
In reference to the context, Cheng, Zhu & Gong (2020) has opined that several cons of installing the facial recognition. In the above paragraph, it states that it helped the University to have a full coverage of the students and understanding the potential. Therefore, the major reason of not enhancing states that it threatens the individual and its societal privacy. This claims that the threat to the individual privacy is considered to be a significant technology and with the management of law-enforcement recognition, surveillance and video recording can avail the personally owned security of the facial software analysis. On the other hand, the impose to the personal freedom also distresses the recorded facial recognition that is relied upon the technology enhanced database. Thus, it is considered as a major threat to introduce the facial recognition system in the University.
The objective of face recognition and using of the conventional methods has proposed the University system to have a proposed system and aims in developing the automated system for recording the student attendance. In this context, Andrejevic (2020) has voiced that strong automated attendance monitoring system with a face recognition can be portrayed with the real-time background for the data-base of all students. Thus, the main objective of attendance enhances in marking the management system efficiently and also with a time saving management. On the other hand, it can be stated that facial recognition and the benefits offers the University with an increased safety, preventing crimes and also tempts to reduce the unnecessary human interaction. One of the major positive impacts of facial recognition enhances to provide the University with opportunities and helps in identifying the perpetrators. The enforcement of law and the agencies in identifying the roots to understand the issues of the students in missing the attendance statistics.
Further, concerning the discussion, Leslie (2020) has argued that attendance marking is considered to be effective and during the lecture, it helps in analysing the onerous task and due to highly number of students present, it is necessary to have conventional marking and techniques and growing the efficient and automatic techniques with marking criteria of attendance. therefore, in this proposed research, the conventional methods have been aiming in developing the recognized algorithm. Therefore, the processed image identifies the system with the technology to have an aim of developing the efficient managerial system.
In the previous research study materials, the impact of facial recognition has been implemented, showcasing its relevant importance. Thus, improved attendance and its efficiency have been missing, which will be included in this paper. On the other hand, the factual data collected has been presented in primary sources, and thus, mixed-method will be adopted for effective analysis of the study.
Research philosophy is termed as the belief of how data has been collected, investigated, and used. Thus, research philosophy is classified as positivism, interpretivism, and realism. Positivism philosophy is considered to be the main view that showcase to be only factual and also gained through basic observation (Marsonet 2019). Further, realism philosophy is termed as the main facts that records things with a perceived existence. Whereas, interpretivism philosophy involves the researcher to interpret the elements in a case study. Thus, in this study, the positivism philosophy will be adopted.
Research design is a complete framework of basic techniques and methods that refers to the strategies for integration. Further, the research design is divided into descriptive, exploratory, and explanatory designs (Bloomfield Jacqueline and Murray 2019). The descriptive design is enhanced in obtaining the information through a systematic view. An exploratory design is mainly conducted for solving a research problem where no past data has been collected for the references. On the other hand, an explanatory research design focuses on explaining the important details of the study in a detailed manner. Thus, a descriptive research design will be adopted in this research study.
The entire research will be dependent upon the collection of both primary and secondary data sources. The primary data will be collected through surveys and interviews, whereas the secondary sources will collect information through journals, newspapers, articles, and online platforms (Mkandawire 2019). Thus, both types of data collection processes will be used for the study.
The sampling technique that will be adopted for conducting the research includes both probabilities and non-probability techniques. The simple random technique will be used for proceeding further. It will include 40 students of the University for participating in a survey and 4 of the managerial head for interviewing them personally (Moser and Irene 2018).
The entire administration of the concrete quantitative data will be collected through a interview, survey and the entire collected data will be represented in numeric and percentage. Whereas, the qualitative data will be collected and interpreted by thematic analysis.
The strict guidelines will be pathed throughout the entire research. The participants will not be forced to participate as well as consent willingly to have a collection of the primary data. The security of the facts will be done strictly for better evaluation. On the other hand, the major purpose of adopting the secondary research, and its referencing, will be quite important, and avoiding plagiarism will be the important activity.
In this research paper, some limitations which needs to be well planned for future requirements. In the beginning, the time frame has been considered as a limitation to the study. In regard to this fact, the availability of the information is a question and, in such case, the response from the respondents will be necessary for ideal results. Thus, the research has to be planned in a proper way for better completion.
