There are two important steps to achieve this increase in employment. First, the education system in Australia should be framed in a way to benefit the students and second, the government fund should reach the students in need and not be exploited to serve the rich politician backed schools. The article also points that contrary to funding education of the students in need, the politicians often reduce the educations grants to the help in under privileged after they assume offices after winning elections (O’Reilly et al. 2015). However, some teachers’ unions and political parties vote against these government initiatives to serve their own interests.
