Similarly the other organization named Coeio has introduced the Burial suit, which is considered as the first suit which returns the human body to the earth without creating any harmful impact on the environment (Reinecke & Ansari, 2015). Another company has been introduced in the UK online market that helps people to buy and sell their things from the special day. The recycled leather jacket is also another example of recycling the products. The company has started manufacturing the new jacket by using the old leathers. On the other hand, the fishing nets are being converted as the Bikini. The engineers from Slovenia have brought the innovation in the market. Adidas the popular sports brand has also contributed in the innovation. It has introduced the performance shoe by using ocean plastic and old nets. This innovation of the company has been highly appreciated in the global market. On the other hand, the old t-shirts are being transformed as a boxer. This is a Netherlands based organization. Another way it has been also identified that the caps are being made by using old plastics. The name of the brand is Denim, which has grabbed the global market by providing good quality of products. Therefore, this can be said that after the introduction of social innovation the organizations have started recycling the products with innovation, which have helped these organizations to gain the popularity.
After analysing the study, it has been identified that the team approach is very important in the case of improving the environmental behaviour (Kaufmann 2017). It has been identified that intermediations for intended pro-environmental behavioural change usually target a limited behavioural number and have the challenges in order to achieve the durable change. The eco team program is being considered as the important aim of the intervention package for overcoming the flaws (Hawley, 2015). In this study, the human centred design has been highlighted. The term indicates the belief in every challenge (Manzini, 2014). These challenges can be gender equality, poverty, water and many more. In this study, it has been highlighted that the role of a problem solver in the design the aim of the human centred design is to solve the problems which are being faced by the people in every step in their life. This can be said that this design is being used in the case of gathering experiences, creating products and providing services. In this case, the study has focused on the problem solving practices depending on the basis of the problem solving skills, which are needed to be adopted by the people (Mulgan, 2014). In this case, this can be said that the depending on the experiment and using the learning practices the people get the ability to solve the problems, which create disturbance in life. Happiness, as well as sadness, are the consequences of both the positive and negative motivational practices. Therefore, its can be said that motivation has a higher level of impact on the human activity. The creativity and innovation capability of a person is being influenced depending on the level of motivation. This helps the people to deal with the external and internal risks in their life. In the context of organizational profitability, this can be said that depending on the motivational practices in the organization, the rate of engagement of the employees in the workplace is being analysed (Livotov, 2015). In this study, it has also been identified that the depending on nature and intellect, the level of motivation is being influenced. This also plays an important role in analysing of the person is being able to motivate others or not. In this study, it has been identified that the civic involvement is being influenced on the basis of youth motivation (Bengtsson, Gustavsson & Eriksson, 2017). If the youth people are being motivated, this impacts on the GDP rate of a country. Therefore, the psychologists mentioned youth as the important motivational age. The ability of knowledge and skill adoptions are being increased in this age. Therefore, if the youth people are being motivated towards their work, it will be beneficial for the global economy (Lu & Wang, 2015).

Due to the social innovation, the marketing process is being influenced. it has been identified that the financial management process of an organization, such as cost management, budgeting, cost reduction any others practices are being developed on the basis of social innovation. In this study, it has also been identified that the social innovation has the higher level of impact on the technological development. Due to the introduction of modern technology in the current business industry, the availability of internet has increased. In this study, it has also been identified that the aim of business expertise is to make the business socially innovative. Through this process, the relationship between the customers and the employees gets improved. On the other hand, it has also been mentioned that the social innovation brings the standard capitalized workplace. After the introduction of social innovation in the business industry, the rate of women workers has been increased in the industry. This is also very effective in the case of dealing with the challenges faced by the organization in the global competitive industry. Therefore this can be said that the business organizations need to focus on bringing the social innovation in the workplace for increasing the efficiency of the employees as well as increasing the rate of profitability (Svirina et al., 2015).
