Employees must be given training by considering the change which is going to prevail in the organization. New ideas from internal and external can be analyzed and used properly for reducing the crisis and enhance the development in the business. To integrate new ideas it requires a proper allocation of resources, new hire and talent management can be considered in the organization so that organizational goals and objectives can be achieved easily. By offering new products and by giving better services the organization can enhance its creditability and goodwill of the business. To minimize the crises which are prevailing in the market the change in strategies should be considered which will enhance the success in change which is adopted by the organization (Brayfield& Rothe, 2009). An organization will not be able to achieve its competitive advantage if it does not give design or promote services which satisfy the customer or changing customer preferences and according to market conditions. Theoretical model of change focus on analyzing the specific area of transformational change that controls the variables which are primary and which are responsible for various type of changes. It also focuses and describes characteristics of change. It main aim is to focus on the work setting of the organization. The four important factors which are social factors, financial position and organizational arrangements are identified in the model. It gives emphasis on individual and organizational change in behavior. In this it examines the external and internal environment which exists in the organization and also the expectation of the change. The acceptances of new strategies are based on behavior. Change management is the steps of activities that are implemented by the change management. The change is implemented to ensure the project outcomes (Larsson& Bowen, 2009). Transformational change in the organization is made to implement and for better results that give enhancement to the organization. It is engaged in setting policies and procedures by which it can be easy to perform the job in systematic way and with full efficiency.
