Phoenix Power Company in Oman is considered as a company that owns the operations based on handling of the large number of natural gas fired power plants. The company is based on the implementation of a decision making system, which would be helpful for facilitating the decision taken by different project managers and high level officials. Different advances in information technology systems would be helpful facilitating the supported systems. These kind of systems would be helpful for improving the processes of judgement and guiding the project managers and decision makers to think in a rigorous and critical manner. The project would be able to ensure that the business executives would be able to learn the proper. Various theories and concepts of project management has been applied for successful training programs that has been discussed in the sections below.
The primary aim of the project is to ensure that the business executives would be able to get the proper form of training in relation to the use of ‘Decision Making Systems’ (DMS) software.
