Clients – Mr Vincent Li (DOB 19 Jan/73), his wife Alison Parker (DOB 24 Sep/75) and her children Jeremy (DOB 23 Dec/10) and Claudia (DOB 04 Feb/12) wish to take a trip to Europe and spend 2 weeks in July where there are lots of things to do. The parents are well travelled and Jeremy and Claudia are happily touring around with their parents, especially the outdoors and spooky castles. The most extensive is the public transport network and provides an easy access from one place to another by using metro, trams, buses and trains. The public transport network provides an excellent transport choice which is both efficient and cheap. Train offers the best solution to move from one city to another and takes less time. Buses provide the convenient means of travel and it is important to note that the this covers a wide area of the network which is not served by the other public transport system. The underground metro and the tram are the ideal ways to get around the city and at the same time provide less traffic and hindrance within the city limits (Expatica).
The two restaurants that can be suggested for the clients to taste the local cuisine are Fin de Siecle, NoordzeeMer du Nord (Tripadvisor.in). A perfect example of a local dish of Belgium is modules et fries or Moules-Frites and the major ingredients are mussels, potatoes, white wine (belgium.beertourism).

Belgium as a country provides a varied culture due to the cultural diversity while it is expected that the if in doubt a Canadian can speak English in order to communicate with the other people in Belgium. A brief handshake is a common gesture in Belgium (Tripadvisor.com).
One thing that might impact the client is that the country is not a homogeneous one thus a generalized view is not applicable with respect to the Belgians. The different areas are influenced by different cultures that are adopted from the adjacent countries (Commission-global).
In the areas where there are attractions, transportations, restaurants, hotels tipping is not common whereas, it is important to note that the if any tourist is happy with the service. He or she might give an extra tip (Tripadvisor.com).
Considering the trip plan, the only festival that the clients can enjoy is the Ommegang festival which takes place in Brussels. This festival takes place from 4th to 6th July (Expatica).
It is important to note that there is a travel advisory relating to the issues of terrorism and it is rated level 2.
The best shopping areas in Belgium are ReuNeuve, Chausseed’lxelles, Reu Antoine Dansaert, Avenue Louise &Toison d’Or, Reu du Bailli (Thebulletin.be).
