This will be beneficial for the company. In the PESTLE factors, the company should try to go green, because people generally attract towards the organizations, which go green and engage in corporate social responsibility. The organization should implement effective strategies to improve the environment of gym or fitness center. As the Aradia is targeting the women segment primarily, so it should focus on the safety of women. It can improve the situation of Aradia in health and fitness industry in United Kingdom.
