Outsourcing helps the organization in saving the salary for the employees, cost for managing the employees etc. The fund saved from the sourcing can be spent in training of the existing human capital of the company. This will make human resource of the company strong, effective and efficient (Wright, Snell & Dyer, 2005).
Thus, both the systems help in making human capital of the organization strong and effective which can work for the company efficiently.
