Microsoft provides a robust system with easy to use interface, as well as well-organized three tier service sectors. The tiers are 1. Personal computing, 2. Intelligent cloud and 3. Business processing (Gangwar, Date & Ramaswamy, 2015).  They provide cloud services to all its customers including PC owners as well as work computers. Since all applications are shifting toward web based system, Microsoft is also providing. These services through their cloud system as well. For business purposes there are services like Sharepoint, Exchange, and Office Communication Server etc are also provided into the cloud services.

Microsoft also provides design and deployment tools and applications. These services helps companies to make their system more robust and to perform more effectively. Microsoft provides services like database system, operation system, programming framework and languages, various tools (Avram, 2014). The company has a customer centric business model, they provide a free trial period of 30 days and then subscribe their cloud services.

The second most famous cloud service provider that can be suggested for “My Health Record” is the service that the Salesforce.com provides. An American Company, known as Salesforce provides the service for cloud to all the customers who takes service from them. This company has mixed the service of cloud to that extent so that the customers are able to maintain their relationship with the organization (Chou, 2015). The other services that the Salesforce serves is the spanning sales, analytics, marketing, Internet of Things, commerce, marketing, as well as communities. The services that the Salesforce provides is the Salesforce. The Salesforce is tied with Google increase its services in the area of technology.

One of the famous companies known for the service of cloud of is the Salesforce.com. Many competitive moves are provided by the Salesforce that makes the company unique among all the companies in that sector (Tung, Richter & Savjani, 2015). The customer usually makes profit by switching their clod server to Salesforce as the company provides the customers a 50 % off on subscription if they switch on the cloud server to Salesforce. Recently, the Salesforce is also offering their customers with SAP. The company also provides ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to their customers with the help of CRM tools. This makes the company to implement a new service for their customer.

The main innovation that the AWS provides is the web based modelling for computing to the companies. The database that Amazon pays is a Web Service as well as provide CloudFront for delivery of service.

The feature that is included in the service of Amazon Web Service provides is that the company provides with a service that is extremely secured and is extremely safest platform, which provides a service that is mainly protected (Hashem et al., 2015). This service is appropriate for using by all companies who prefers to use the loud system as its information technology. Amazon Web Service do not extra cost of installation or expertise for installation as the process is very easy and is efficient to use.  The service that Amazon provides is basically a static website based service that all companies can host easily. There is also no requirement of specific devices accessing the documents that are stored in the cloud (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2016). The service of cloud that are provided by different vendors gives many advantages that the company for which the companies are to switch their server that are cloud based (Botta et al., 2016). The benefits that are provided by the cloud are as follows.

1. The system of cloud is very effective as well as cost effective. For implementing the system of cloud, the companies has to spend very less on its infrastructure. If the system id implemented once, then the cost of maintaining is also very less (Almorsy, Grundy & Müller, 2016). The providers of cloud keeps their service minimal and all companies from small to big can afford their service with less money investment.
2. The system of cloud can be accessed through many systems, which makes the system more effective (Assunção et al., 2015). The devices that can access the system of cloud includes tablets, laptops, mobile phone, IPad and many more. This makes the system faster as the clients can avail their services from anywhere they like to and at any time.
3. The cloud software require less number of software. For this reason the cloud service is considered as a cost beneficial service compared to all others service of Information Technology (Ali, Khan & Vasilakos, 2015). All the software required for cloud are involved in the network of cloud and the user does not have to pay any money for the license of cloud.
4. The installation process of the software is very easy and the company does not need to appoint new efficient employees for installing as well as maintaining the cloud system (Bajaj, Patel & Patel, 2015). Anyone from the existing employees can install the cloud server, and maintain them regularly only with a little experience.
5. The records of company are kept securely in the cloud. The records are to be kept in the cloud only for security. This helps the companies to minimize the paper works and provides the company to execute an efficient workflow.

The advantages that the cloud system provides is not always flawless. There are many disadvantages that the organizations deals with the implementation of the cloud. The disadvantages are state as follows.

1. There must be availability of Internet connection for accessing the information of cloud. The user can avail those data only if the internet is available with the user (Matharu et al., 2015).
2. The cloud service requires a high bandwidth internet connection for the user to access all its documents and data. The cloud service cannot use a low bandwidth internet connection for its accessing.
3. The system of cloud can be slowed down if all the users use them simultaneously. Sometimes, it can be worse and the system is likely to be in temporary shutdown.
4. The company should look at the security of the data while storing them in cloud. The company should maintain the security of data when the data are stored in the cloud system (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2016).
5. There are some non-negotiable contracts that are provided by some services of cloud that makes using the cloud system difficult for the organization.

Advantages and disadvantages of Predictive SDLC

The system which maintain the predictive methodology of System Development Life Cycle are easily described and clearly understandable. Project requirements should be steady for this method. In this system model technical risks are lower (Gangwar, Date & Ramaswamy, 2015). This model also provides some disadvantages too. Since this model does not provide backward process, through plans should be made prior to starting the entire system itself. Once the process is done there are no turning back.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Adaptive SDLC

The advantages of the adaptive approach of SDLC is it provides the user with time flexibility (Toosi, Calheiros & Buyya, 2014). Which means the user can add or change additional functions to the system even after starting the project. The requirements of the project can also be changed the same way. Implementation is the main focused area in this method.  The adaptive SDLC also have some disadvantages as well (Tung, Richter & Savjani, 2015). This method contained some technical risk factors. It is a complicated process. Since the requirements can change afterwards, the budget can also vary.

With keeping all this advantages and disadvantages in mind the recommended approach for “My Health Record” is the method of Adaptive SDLC. Because in this way the system can be changed and optimized according to the requirements of the customer.
