The objective of the project is to build up a web-based application system for Social Media research centre. Before the development of the web based application system the project manager is required to make a feasibility study rather financial analysis to determine the actual project budget. The project manager is willing to replace the traditional or manual project detail management approach in terms of advanced web based application system. The detail project objectives are as follows:
The project is found to be commercially beneficial for the consumers and for the project owners also. With the help of the web based application system the consumers will be able to access the information from the server regardless of their location and time as well. Apart from this, the publication details and project details could also be accessed by the project manager and by the consumers of the research centre. Basically in order to promote the research centre the social media research centre is willing to develop the web based application system.

After analysing the project prospects and the expected outcomes of the project manager it has been found that there are certain acceptance criteria those are required to be considered for completing the project within the allotted time phase. With the help of the acceptance criteria the project manager and the consumers will be able to identify the actual need of the consumers. Moreover, it can be said that the main acceptance criteria of the project is to deliver the project within the estimated budget and within the allotted time period that is 8 months from the project initiation or commencement. The requirement of the projects should be approved accordingly by the project manager and by the other members of the project management authority such as the financial manager, operational manager, social manager and business strategy development manager.
The unnecessary requirements are needed to be eliminated from the list of resources to avoid the additional project cost.
